Came in the store and ordered my meal. 10 mins later I ask the status of my meal and the employee checked and stated that the staff were barley starting the meal. Interesting fact I am the only person whom in the building and there is no drive thru orders as well. This concerns me and for the public.

My co worker went this morning & got us food for while we were working. When he got back to our business, he realized the order was wrong. The numbers on the food packaging did not match the order on receipt & the food was completely different. I went to get the situation resolved & the (I’m assuming) manager (brown hair, facial hair, tan skinned male) informed me that I was a liar & we were trying to get free food due to the fact the numbers were not the same. When I tried to explain it was a simple error from the kitchen, I was told they don’t make mistakes. He was very disrespectful towards me the whole time in front of a room of people (I was not being ugly or hateful towards him). Very disappointed with the customer service given & the way they are treating people instead of admitting they made a mistake.

Very clean. As well as bathrooms. Workers seem friendly. Only problem was they want you to order from kiosk. I, personally, am okay with it. But I am traveling with my parents, and they refuse to use “technology” or drive thru. Had to wait to get someone to take our order. Workers acted like we were an inconvenience.

We went at 6:20 am. We were tired and ready to get to where we needed to go and we had to deal with this rude lady. We started ordering and at first it was a really nice guy and then this woman stepped in and starting rushing and being super dismissive and just not giving proper customer service. We asked for no salt in our sausage biscuit (it was for a dog) and she just yelled “we don’t put no salt in there we just cook it we don’t even know what’s in it”. She was being so rude that it made us uncomfortable and so we messed up on the order and I was trying to ask my mom if it was right (in Spanish) she then proceeded to say, “ I don’t speak Spanish don’t talk to me in Spanish”. Eventually we got tired of her BS and left the drive thru. As a person who works in the fast food industry I would never talk to my customers in such a rude way no matter the situation (let alone make racist remarks) and she should be held accountable. Horrible customer service. Do better.

I have not been going to McDonald’s in years because food was not good,but recently I tried other McDonald’s and were good.I went for a Double qtrpder meal,specially said that several times with no Salt on meat or fries because of my blood pressure! I kept asking young person did she get it right because price seemed lower and she said Yes! I finally looked at ticket and said it was only a single qtrpder,mistakes happen! She said had to charge me $2 more,I tried to pay,but had to have a MGR.I was find with that,but at that point I had to wait again while they redid it! It was not the price extra,at one point I said just slap extra meat on it,but No Apology from counter person or MGR. I had told MGR I said Double from beginning and no response from MGR,then I said they should have comped mistake after No Apology.They acted like I was trying to get away with something.A simple apology would have gone a long way for the wait! Food was good but service lacks here.When you have too much automation like at this one,evidently service and customer interaction suffers.

Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a large fry. Get home to eat and this is what one of my double cheeseburgers looked like. Either someone doesnt like their job or they just dont care. Thankfully i wasnt travelling n having to eat while Im driving or i wouldnt have been able to eat this. Need to do better!!

Food was hot and fresh. The service was well organized and quick. They were honest about what was ready and what would take a minute. This location offers curbside, drive-through and lobby dining. I have no complaint and would recommend.
