Twice recently I have been overcharged or given a food item that was not my order. Yesterday, the order was simple for 4 apple pies. The order received had strawberry cream pies, and the charge was almost twice the cost of apple pies. When asked about the order, the manager refunded the money and gave us the pies we did order without charge. This is good customer service — but it would be so much easier to do it right the first time.

Teach your employees to be humble and respectful towards the elderly. If you can’t handle working in customer service, then don’t work in customer service. Simple as that.

The staff didn’t speak to me or wait on me. I had to use selfservice at the front of the store. The air-conditioning was very very cold, which in turn makes the prices go up. The staff was to bring my order to my table and they had the order fixed to go even though I ordered as eat in. The dinning room tables were dirty and I had to clean the table before I sat down.

When I got to the cash window, I asked to confirm my order was correct (it wasn’t repeated correctly at the speaker) was ignored. When handed the money I tried again. Again ignored. At the pickup window I asked a gray shirt and was told it was. Soon as it reached my hand I knew it wasn’t. Like I’m to stupid to know it wasn’t right. They really need to do better at this store than ignoring and lying to customers.

This is the third time that we have ordered with doordash and we have had missing items. After paying 50 dollars for food i dont want to look and see i have missing items in my order. Im not sure if the staff just dont care but its definitely an issue. Nobody wants to pay for food that they don’t get.

Was nice to have something open all night to eat in Granite but changed the hours. Maybe instead of opening a 2nd one in Hudson, you could have hired the people there and be fully staffed for once.

Wish I could give ZERO STARS! Absolutely AWFUL! Had a long hard day which is why we chose fast food for dinner to begin with. I drove 10 minutes to this restaurant and sat in a long drive-thru line. Drove 10 minutes home only to discover that our 20 piece nuggets were completely missing from the bag. My daughter took one bite of her burger and it was completely RAW…as in cold meat and blood in the box. So I call and ask to speak to the manager and I explained both the problem of missing food and undercooked food. She tells me to bring my receipt and the burger back up to the restaurant. Another 10 minutes to drive there and I hand over my bag and receipt that specifically has burger PLAIN BACON AND CHEESE ONLY. She offers me a free fry for my trouble and about 10 minutes later I leave with my new burger and my missing nuggets. They handed me someone else’s order while I waited which was very interesting…I promptly handed it back. I drive ANOTHER 10 minutes home to open the burger and see that is COVERED in raw onions and both ketchup and mustard! Threw it straight in the trash! I’m calling the owner tomorrow because her name and number were posted on the window. Which is pretty much where my $30 worth of food went…right out the window. I will drive further to avoid this McDonalds. Never again.

Big mac and fries were perfect. I seldom get hot fries at my local McDonald’s. Had a slight issue with the freshness of my coffee. Tha manager came by my table to ask how my lunch was and made the coffee right in minutes. All McDonald’s should be this good.

Either the standards are bad or the cooks were smart but when asking for light ingredients such as mayo instead of the gobs you get a small dollop which equates to a single bite of mayo leaving the rest of the sandwich to have 0 and when asked to fix it was stated they would get in trouble if they refunded so offered a packet of mayo to put on my own desired portion… seemingly difficult to understand this simple request
