This would be a 5 star review if it was based on the server. Christina who was our server on Wednesday at around 12:30-1:10 for lunch today. All was great util the food arrived. I ordered a lunch cheese burger(medium)and fries. I was with 2 others and their food was cooked good. Mine was raw so I waited politely and when she came back I showed her and she took it back. The burger was brought back and raw again. They brought the SAME burger back to the table. At this point I didn’t want anything else I was fine with having it removed from my bill. I basically had some cold fries for lunch. This is unacceptable. The picture is from after they reheated the burger.

I usually have a good experience at this location with the servers and my food but last time when I went their for my birthday dinner, my steak was so dry at one point I was choking. I asked for medium well and got well done like beyond well done. Right away my husband told me to return it but I just couldn’t because it was an expensive one. I always get a longhorn steak which is like $29.99 and I was feeling bad to waste it by returning. I am still giving 4 stars and would recommend this place because they are usually the best and I never have problem beside this one time. I would for sure go back there again.

Every year we have a family birthday dinner at Longhorns. Anywhere between 10 and 15 people. We have never had bad service. Our appetizers come out in a timely manner as well as the salads and entrees. Our glasses never got empty. A tradition we are happy to continue.

Kinda disappointed with the whole experience..I expected the bill. Our french onion soups came to table first, the cheese was melted perfectly, yet the soup under was little more than room temperature…asked for 3 steaks to come out med-well to well and with no blood. Set plates down and two of them had puddles of bloody liquid on top. Had to ask for refills.

Called in a take-out order around 7pm. Was told it would be ready for pickup at 7:40. Went to pick up and the app didn’t work. Called the number on the sign, and it went to hold… forever. Went in and was told it would be ready at 8:40. So I waited and finally got my food at about 8:45, almost two hours after calling in the order. I asked if they were understaffed, and was told “no, we’re ok.”

Walked in the door and there was an odor coming from the bar. Stale beer… the bar really needs some cleaning. Had a great server. Pleasant and very knowledgeable. Chopped steak ordered MW. Came med rare. Bake potato yummy and Brussel sprouts was cold. Sent back.
