One of the worst experiences at any restaurant I had. Customers were yelling at employees the employees yelling back. All the tables were a mess and needed wiped off. There was no hand sanitizer by the screens to take your order. The fountain soda area was a mess. We got my kid a mcflury when we left. The employee dropped it on the floor picked it up and handed it to us. I’d recommend any place but this one.

Perfect cheap meal option nearby if you’re staying at one of the Hershey properties.. The food was well-cooked. The restaurant was clean and updated and we were nerding out over the ketchup dispensers. They’re hard to come by these days.

food is usually made right and not just slapped together if you go before peak hours. But for someone reason, they can never get my drink order right. I have ordered an Iced Caramel Mocha at least 4 times here and each time I get a different drink. The last time I went the girl in the drive-thru handed me what looked to be just an Iced Caramel Latte, I told her sorry I think this is the wrong drink. the drink I ordered has whipped cream and caramel drizzle on top. She told me that this is how the drink is made. the line was so long i didn’t want to argue with her. when i tasted it it was just regular ice coffee. ended up paying 4 dollars for a 99 cent drink

My daughter and I have made it a “tradition ” to stop at this McDonald’s for lunch after her appointments in Hershey. We’ve been here probably about 10 times within the last few months. We always use the drive thru. The food is always hot (especially the fries,which I really appreciate) and the staff is always friendly!

I normally have no problem with my order. Always get a breakfast bagel sandwich. Today they messed up my order and I took it back inside. I watched them scrape the onions off my sandwich. I have a severe onion allergy and was already running late for work. A food mess up does not mean to scrape off whatever shouldn’t be on. ESPECIALLY with an allergy involved and I stated this. I think they only hire at this Mcdonalds if your mentally incompetent. Wanted to use my app to get the free large fry. Went to the first window and asked the lady if she took off the fries… she didn’t. Went to the second window and told the scrawny red head boy that they charged me for the fry and strawberry shortcake says “I can’t help you with that.” and proceeds to try to give me 3 different wrong orders and just walks away. I am praying on your downfall Ron Weasley.

The manager was severely rude and were too focused on their phone to even take orders at the front counter. The store manager is very unprofessional too, I saw employees getting harassed and she just degraded them and let the one manager continue to SWEAR infront of CHILDREN. I even witnessed an employee getting fired over him being harassed. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL place and I feel sorry for anyone who brings their kids here or works there. As a parent myself, this is very GROSS and severely UNPROFESSIONAL. For a Hershey store, this place is a JOKE.

Half hour wait for food. Delivering for a company I won’t mention, it took a half hour to get a big Mac and dr pepper. Customer service doesn’t seem to care so I posted the issue here. This was a ridiculous time to wait. Horrible.
