We got here after a Cardinals game, it wasn’t that packed and we ordered drinks. They took 15 minutes to come to our table. I ordered a tall and my friend ordered a short beer. The difference is like an ounce! And they serve them in plastic cups why? With Dave n Busters, Thirsty Lion, and Twin Peaks within walking distance, why come here? Wouldn’t recommend…

Absolutely disgraceful. This location is a complete failure.

On 12/18/25, we were seated at 8:50 PM. Our server took an order for 4 beers at 9:00 PM. Three beers showed up quickly, and then everything fell apart. By 9:30 PM, the show had already started and we were still waiting on the 4th beer. I reminded the server three times, and he flat-out ignored us—walking past our table repeatedly without even attempting to fix the issue.

By 9:40 PM, nearly 50 minutes after ordering, we had no food, except for a couple of starters—and even those came with no plates, no spoons, no basic table service. This isn’t “busy,” this is incompetence.

Calling the manager made things worse. He was short, bald, wearing glasses, and displayed zero professionalism. No apology. No concern. No effort to resolve anything. When we said we were unhappy, he looked completely fine with us walking out. To make it even more insulting, he aggressively grabbed the beers off our table—beers we hadn’t even touched because we were still waiting on the missing one. His attitude was arrogant, dismissive, and hostile. This is hands down one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had in the US.

Other customers around us were also openly complaining about the service that night, and the manager’s response was the same—total indifference.

I’ve been to this location before and it has always had problems—no greeting, no eye contact, painfully slow service—but this visit was on another level entirely. There is no leadership here, no accountability, and no respect for customers.

Save yourself the frustration and do not come here. Management clearly does not care, and it shows in every aspect of the service.

I ordered the 19.99 meal with my son’s dad the server was ok but not good. We both got one entree but I didn’t receive my 10 hot winds and he didn’t receive his burger after almost a half hour waiting the server stated he let the cooks know we we’re still waiting on our 2nd entree but the cooks wouldn’t make it and he said he didn’t know why because he told them twice we we’re waiting. And I don’t know if they were racial profiling or just didn’t like who we we’re because people that entered the restaurant clearly ordered the same 19.99 meal got all there food burger and wings but we didn’t get ours. Either fire you’re cooks or tech them not too be judgemental. It was my first very time eating a buffalo wild wings and it’ll differently be my LAST TIME eating there!!!!

Ordered 20 wings to go. Ordered mango habanero, Thai curry, Buffalo DRY rub and a chipotle dry rub. Instead all I got was Thai curry, naked wings with like a sprinkle of dry rub seasoning, mango habanero and Nashville hot???? Didn’t even choose that flavor. Waste of my money. Will never order take out here again.

I wanted to take my family out for dinner and we were seated right behind the place that you put your name down to be waited on, after we were seated, they weren’t sure who was responsible for that table, once they figured that out then the service was going good. When we received our food, it wasn’t that warm and the knats showed up and we started swatting them away, and then they sent a manager over and he got right up in my son in law’s face and threatened to get westgate security here to have us excorted out, my son in law was just standing up swatting knats away and the so called manager got in his face. Then the waiter tells us if we can wait a few minutes another manager was going to come over and talk to us about our situation, that never happened, we paid the bill and left.

I was just at Buffalo Wild Wings, and I have to say, it was fantastic! The wings were incredibly crispy and packed with flavor. Each bite was like a burst of deliciousness.
The mozzarella sticks were also a hit so cheesy and perfectly golden on the outside. They were just what I was craving for a starter.
To top it off, the ice-cold beer was refreshing and paired perfectly with the wings.
Our server, Jewelle, was amazing. She was so attentive and made sure everything was just right. Her care and friendly attitude really made our dining experience even better.
Buffalo Wild Wings not only delivered on great food and drinks but also had exceptional service thanks to Jewelle. I can’t wait to go back!

This place really needs better customer service. I work as a server and treating people good and with a smile make people want to tip good and have a good time. We came here for my husband’s birthday. Hostess handed us the menu in that counter next to our table instead of properly seating us and putting the menus in the table like a hostess should do.
For the waitress, it was a white lady. Very serious attitude. She would put the food in that “counter” like the hostess did with the menus.
What is the point of going out and try to have a good time when the vibe from the employees is off?
I left her no tip (my man and I tip really good every time we go out but not when the service is bad like this).
We wanted to eat the fries with our wings. They took too long with the fries and they were cold.

Training your employees and pay them more asap they look miserable and its not the customers fault that they have a bad day. You need happy people with customer services skills to make your customers happy. (More tips and they will come back).

We just came in after the baseball game so I’ll give a little credit where credit is due. How were we have ate here before and had just as bad service. We stood at the door for close to 10 min before we got seated. Then we sat another 15 min and when we went to order off the scan option the server finally walked up. They didn’t give us kid menus. I had to google to see what kid options they had for my kiddos.

To clarify the server was extremely nice and probably overwhelmed. It looked like him and one other girl was in the whole restaurant. We walked in and all the tables had not been bussed. And we had one option for a seat that was dirty.

The food, I got a snack wrap. My kids got wings and Mac and cheese and my husband got a burger. He said the burger was super gross and tasted greasy. The fries were hard and tasted stale, how I expect home made frozen fries to taste. They brought out my kids and husbands order and he walked away and didn’t tell me anything about my order. It was taking longer or it was almost ready. I sate and waited and my husband was done with his food when I received mine. The server could have had better communication for sure on that end. Other than that no complaints.

Editing to add; I got one alcoholic drink and he never came to ask if I wanted more and he did warn us that his staff team did leave. However he should have been more attentive to the tables and has the bussers bus.

The worst wings I’ve ever had. Bartender was cool. The wings were stale! Called! Overcooked with no meat. Even the beer on tap tasted stale. It smelt like dirty mop, water when you walk in. Then to top it all off, it was $40 for 15 wings and one beer. Completely overpriced!

Wingstop blows this location out of the water!
