Placed a takeout order and everything went smooth! Picked up my order and as I was eating I noticed my fries were seasoned (I did not ask for it), they are coated in lemon and I have a deathly allergy to lemon. Just had to use my epipen. Called the restaurant to report it or even ask for a remake since the whole meal is contaminated and I spent $15 to have a meal I can’t eat at this point. Staff on the phone hung up on me twice, management refuses to come on the line. Absolutely abhorrent customer service! I will be going in person to ask for a full remake and/or refund of my order because this is obscenely neglectful

Just left Bdubs with my to go order. Jesus lord….why do I keep giving y’all a chance? The meal I ordered came with 10 wings, fries and a drink. I get there and recieve my order but no drink. I tell the girl and she proceeds to make it but then stops and tells me they have no soda. Kinda suspicious considering I see other patrons dining in, drinking soda. But I give the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they just ran out. I say ok, I will take lemonade. “Oh…we don’t have that either.” Girl….so I say is there anything I can have that is the equivalent to that? I ordered a meal with a drink, I’m leaving with a drink. She says she can get me strawberry lemonade. Ok…I will wait.

Xavier was our server, and he is AMAZING!! This young man was on top of everything. We never needed to ask for ANYTHING other than place our order. Xavier is the epitome of what an incredible server is!!

Absolutely terrible experience. This food was some of the worst food I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The food came out cold and when we sent it back it came back out lukewarm. We ordered traditional, boneless and french fries. The wings were dry and the boneless were almost impossible to cut. Some were drenched in sauce like they just plopped it on there and some had no sauce on them at all. The celery was all dry and nasty looking, we couldn’t believe they even set it out on the tray. It was worse than if I cooked some frozen wings from the freezer section at the grocery store. With tip our bill for the two of us came to over $50!! You can have a delicious gourmet meal at another restaurant for that price! We used to like Buffalo Wild Wings and they used to be a great place for wings. Now we won’t return and hate that we spent that much money on terrible food and didn’t even enjoy it. The kid serving us was trying his best but all around it was a bad experience and not worth the money one bit! Probably McDonald’s would even be better and cheaper!

Food was good and our server made us feel welcomed. Unfortunately, many of the drinks or shots we were asking for he could not get or make due to a lack of availability. Otherwise, the atmosphere and food was great. The prices are much better here compared with other establishments in the area. You can feed a party of 4 for $50.

Been here since 325. Refilled my family’s drinks cause the waitress is frustrated and didn’t return to our table. Our food hasn’t arrived yet even the The manager had to take our order. The worse. She said she only had two hands. There are 9 people I can see right now in uniform. Not recommended.

I never do reviews, by far worst experience i have had in a restaurant. We initially started at the bar which was good and quick service. Granted we ended up unintentional sitting in front of the bar’s register so she basically had no choice to accommodate use which was nice. But we had a bigger party coming so we put our names down to get an actual table. Quick but the moment we sat in that table it’s like we no longer existed to this place. Never saw a waiter. A party formed to the left and right of us and they were attended too. I believe I spoke to the manager and asked who is serving us and she said she would get someone; never did. Party came and I was fed up and are party was confused as well. We ended up leaving not served to and as we walked out our table was at the window I could see the same manger I spoke to cleaning the table we left with the one beer from the bar and the menus that we never used. Amazing how quick she could clean but not actually take our order. Place is a joke; window seals are dirty as hell too.

The entire place was absolutely disgusting. The host was beyond rude every table possible was disgusting along with the floors covered in food and trash. Waited to be seated for 20 mins just to be sat at a dirty table. As far as food and service what a joke. The manager on duty was an absolute joke. Chicken was either raw or cooked from the day before that was beyond hard you couldn’t even bite. The manager didn’t come over once for any of the mistakes let alone raw chicken. Other tables were getting up and serving themselves drinks because servers were all standing in a circle by the bar with the manager on duty. Definitely don’t recommend at all.

Absolute garbage service. We were seated relatively quick by the manager and off the rip she had an attitude like we were interrupting her day..once at our table the waitress never came over once in 45 minutes. The menus were clearly on the table, we had no drinks, she just kept walking by looking at us like we had the plague. Pretty dispicable, we walked out after telling the manager and not a place I’ll ever go again!

Filthy! Doors and windows all covered in greasy fingerprints, the bathroom, tables, floor, and bar were all dirty, lipstick on my glass, and the smell upon entering was unappetizing. We are done giving this place a chance. Bartender Aaron was friendly.
