This the first McDonald’s I’ve been to where the order was correct!! Kudos to the sweet kid in the window at the drive-thru- who double checked for me on my apple slices. Service with a smile!!

Horrible experience! The “person” waiting on us got my order wrong on the screen but I didn’t notice. My son told me when we pulled up that he had seen it wrong on the screen. I very politely asked the “person” if he has 2 quarter pounders or one and a Big Mac. He blatantly lied to my face about what was in the bag. We checked the order in the lot and noticed the wrong burger and we were missing a fry. I went back to the window and told him and he said “can’t you come in for that?” All snippy. I sent my son in so I wouldn’t get tossed out. He hadn’t given us a receipt, so we were at their mercy. Very displeased.

Waited in line for 10 mins before I could get to pay window once arrived person was on their phone not paying attention. Didn’t offer me a receipt. The wall behind him was cover in what looks like ketchup. Both my burgers were disgusting buns were soaked in grease and just thrown in wrappers not stacked. Cars being pulled over to side of pickup lot and girl didn’t know what order went to which car.The manager should be ashamed. It used to be a good McDonald’s to visit, not now.

I went here on Friday Dec 23rd with my 2 young daughter’s. We went inside to eat. The young girl was clearly taken a back and irritated that we had the nerve to not use the drive through. No smile, no greeting at all. She simply stared at me with this annoyed look on her face. I did hello and started to place place my order. She was so miserable I asked if she was OK. She said yeah very snotty. That’s when I canceled my order and got my money back. She told me to wait and went in the back. I peeked around into the kitchen ( I was still behind the counter) and she was telling all of her fellow employees and they where all laughing about it. She then saw that I saw her so she came back out to give me my money back. I wanted to let the manager know about this treatment so said like to see management. She said wait. Although the female manager was nice, she never introduced herself as the manager or gave her name. She simply said that she shouldn’t have laughed at you and is there anything else I can do for you? She never said it would be taken care of or that she would be spoken to. They were clearly buddies and when I heard the girl tell the girl manager I’d like to see her, her voice was like a tadletale sort of voice. As if I where the problem.
