This place is so clean & their staff is so friendly. It is open & accessible to anyone with a disability but especially someone in a wheelchair. Our food tasted amazing & had all the special touches. Serving sizes were great. Ican’t recommend this place enough.

We finally had the pleasure to eat here. The food was Outstanding!!! We order the 3 tacos with steak and instead of flour tortillas we had them on corn (prefer) with no cheese or onion added cilantro. The second dish was Chile verde which is my favorite and this was a tender juice pull of pork style and last dish was a chimichang that was amazing!.

Just left, couldn’t wait to make a review on how absolutely amazing this restaurant was. From the salsa, appetizer, entrees, to the horchata it was our first time there and I would go back in a heartbeat. Food was flavorful, hands down best horchata I’ve had in a while and the staff was so kind! I got the carnitas and added cactus; husband the pollo yukatan and neither of us were disappointed with portions relative to the price.

Currently they need bigger salsa bowls, cause it’s that good!! Best salsa I’ve had from a restaurant in a good while! The vegetarian burrito and chili rellenos are superb! I definitely recommend!

We have become regulars here since we found it. The food is absolutely the best Mexican I have ever had and I grew up in Texas where Mexican every where. The folks here are super nice and friendly and I am genuinely happy to see them every time we come in. Honestly five stars are not enough. Come by once and you’ll be a regular as well. Los Perez is a wonderful, cozy Mexican restaurant. They have great deals and the service is fantastic. The quesadillas al pastor were absolutely phenomenal—perfectly seasoned, tender meat wrapped in a warm, cheesy tortilla with a hint of smoky sweetness. Every bite was a flavor explosion that transported me straight to Mexico. Waitress are super nice. If you go to Centralia it’s a must try.

We showed up with a group of 15. They seated us with no problem. It took a little time to get our food because the place was packed but I can say its some good Mexican food!! Worth the short wait.
