Completely renovated, two lane drive thru, sometimes busy, but the excellent staff will quickly bring your food out to you IF needed during rush hour. Friendly, accurate, and likely the best food I’ve had at a McDonald’s ever. Fresh, not greasy, and appetizing looking… Not all sloppy. Whomever owns /manages this particular McD’s need to be commended as well as the great young staff! Always double checking and polite!

Very clean Ordered a breakfast sandwich combo from the electronic order machine, didn’t get an order receipt Fortunately the order was received, waited 3-4 minutes (6:00 AM, I was the second walk-in customer) food was fresh! No mistakes, no complaints – minus not getting an order number. Could have been a nightmare sorting that out if it was busy

So I know that this was a while ago but regardless of whether how long it was the fact that the amount of money that they charge you for a milkshake plus they can’t even give you what you paid for!! These were supposed to be Shamrock ☘Milkshakes which as you can clearly see that they’re not!!! This is not the only issue how difficult is it for them to get your orders right without forgetting to give you what you ordered????

The newly renovated McDonald’s, absolutely horrible. It’s like sitting in a box, not many places to sit inside anymore, not very bright. Plus, there’s issues with the app where if you order, you can only get it at the drive-through or curbside. Still just horrible. I won’t be going here anymore really really poorly designed. David M.

Order was right this time. But, has to be the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to. The crew were friendly that was a plus. Just needs better management if you ask me. Edit for today! See the picture…don’t know why I go back!

I get breakfast here embarrassingly often, and this is by far the best fast food place I’ve ever been to. I order eggs and sausage and a drink and by the time I pay and get to the window, usually only one car in front of me (if any!) they have the food ready to go. I rarely stop to get my food more than 15 seconds. It seriously adds 2 minutes, maybe 3 if there’s several cars, to my commute. Two minutes to pull into the lot, place the order, pay, get the food, then leave the lot. Incredible. I’ve gotten lunch and dinner here too plenty of times and never once has the order been wrong, and I always order my burgers with lots of modifications. And it’s a small detail, but they ALWAYS give me a fork without me having to ask when I order my bunless foods (wheat allergy). Clearly I need a fork to eat what I’ve basically turned into a salad, and yet the various other fast food places around the Albany area (and yes even the ones outside of Albany county where there isn’t a plastic-forks-are-illegal policy) don’t give me a fork, sometimes even after I’ve asked for one. So, just all around great staff here. I wish this staff could train all the other fast food places in the area to be this amazing.
