Inside order for carryout at lunchtime. A little busy but not bad. Order for 2 plates processed quickly and BOGO coupon applied correctly. Lo mein was very good. Beef & broccoli as well as the orange chicken was also very good. Quick tastefully done food.

Gave this location another chance after a bad experience a couple of months ago. Still no improvements, in fact it seems like it got worse. Do NOT go here if you like getting your food on time. It took almost an hour in between ordering and receiving the food. I ordered ahead on the app. Upon getting there they said it would be 5 more minutes, which was already 15 minutes past the pickup time. Okay, fine I’ll wait. People in line come and go. 3 others are waiting for their mobile orders as well, having been there even longer than us and growing increasingly frustrated. By the time they gave us our food, half of it was cold and our drinks were super watered down and the cups were pretty soggy. A lot of customers left angry or without the food they wanted because the woman communicating with the people waiting kept forgetting about what still needed to be served. 10 minutes, became another 10 minutes, which then became half an hour+ for multiple customers.

Do not order Door Dash with this location. They forgot half of my order. No one care to check the order before giving it to the driver. When I call, they wanted me to come pick it up at the restaurant, as I explain the reason why I wanted delivery, they told me they would hold the food till I get out of work. Manager wasn’t apologetic or offer to make it right!

So there was a problem with their website. I called the Stafford VA location and spoke with the manager. She was so rude. I told her that their website was having problems and her comment to me was rude. She said they don’t take phone orders. I decided to order online next door at UMI Japanese with no problem. Your manager at this location is rude and should not be a manager.

Have gone here more than 5 times about. They are always out of certain foods when we come. Then once through a drive through, the person said that some things we ordered are out of stock. He was acting as though we can visually see what is out of stock. I dont expect smiles but their customer service could do better.

Stafford, VA location – I went inside for lunch. Nobody was on line. The customer service was horrible!!! I felt like I should not be there. After I paid, the guy at the counter left the bag where I could not reach and walked away. I had to ask someone to give me my bag. I didn’t expect a Chick-fil-A customer service but dont make me feel I should not be there. I like the food but this is the worst customer service in Stafford. Not coming back.

Old dry chow mein, fried rice that looks and tastes like they just put veggies in white rice, and no sauce with the order that we asked for. This place used to be okay, now we won’t be back. Go to the Chinese nearby for better food and portions for the price.
