5:30am and the line is ridiculous they don’t take the orders through the intercom orders need to be placed at the window where you pick up the food. I come this early to pick up my morning coffee spend over 20 minutes waiting to pick up 2 coffees. Can’t even go inside because doors are close even though they say opens at 5:00am

Management needs to hire more people to ensure this business operates as advertised “24 hrs” it took me 1 hour to get fries and mcdouble. Drive thru line is insane, if the service will not be up to par with its 24 hours offered service then I suggest you guys close at 10pm rather than having people wait hours to get a quick meal, unacceptable.

The parking lot is the worst . It’s full of delivery men riding unregistered scooters taking up all the parking spaces . Not to mention that are reckless. Going in through the exit at high speed and coming very close to hitting pedestrians . Also I don’t think the parking lot is the right place to do tricks on a scooter. Very unsafe.

Unorganized, especially when it comes to order pick up service. I am rating this particular McDonald’s. Picked up order for someone else but would never purchase from this site. Dirty and visible (sorry ppl) roaches and Waterbugs walking on the building and the packing lot. It doesn’t help the employees seems upset to be working and it spills to the customers

Everyone has their quirks but I’ll be strictly talking about the food and service since I mainly use the drive thru here. The food is well it’s McDonald’s. This location definitely provides the food fresh and hot unlike other locations. The food always comes out quick as well as correct. Now the service is great and usually never a problem. That’s all I have for that category. As for the atmosphere, it’s still getting a poor rating. Like I said, mainly use the drive thru but this location with it being the closest one within downtown Yonkers, you’re bound to walk inside. The location is still somewhat unclean and lingers with the smell of the bathroom. All in all, this is the McDonald’s to go to for your quick lunch rush. I just hope they can get the place cleaned up more than it should or even better, a proper renovation.

First they weren’t taking orders at the front of the drive through they said to pull up to the last window. Then when I finally get there after waiting in line for I kid you not 20 minutes they tell me they are only taking cash, horrible such a waste of time!

Rats all over the drive through and parking lot. Homeless people knocking on my window asking for money then getting aggressive when denied. The quality of the food depends on if they are busy or not. When ordering any type of soda their soda machines tend to give out club soda 30% of the time So check before leaving!
