After the pandemic the service was getting really bad so we stopped eating here so often. Today we gave them another try and we had a great experience. Definitely the management took care and did some changes. We got really fast service, Erin took really good care of us. The food was excellent. Clean table and surrounding. I do recommend it. We will be back!

It’s a chain steak place and it kind of tastes like it. 8oz medium well steak was very tough and tasteless and their new “chicken ribs” (thighs) were spicy and nicely messy. Bloomin onions never disappoint in grease and flavor but you can feel the weight gain with every bite. Asparagus had weird flavor (maybe old?).

When traveling to Mason Ohio and visiting The Great Wolf Lodge or Kings Island and you get hungry look no further than Outback Stakehouse. Our server John was so nice and on point. The atmosphere was great and the food was top notch. We have picky kids and they at all their food. Definitely recommended.

Arrived for an early dinner to find plenty of tables for us to be seated at in the restaurant. Our server was very attentive and helpful. I had a fish, think it was called barrimunde. This was a fish I had never heard of, so I’m sorry I don’t remember the name exactly. A light white fish topped with crab in a white sauce, served with broccoli. Loved the flavors. Would order again. My husband had a steak that he liked.

Ok, I live local here. Best Outback in Ohio. Genuinely one of my favorite places to eat and the food is always hot, juicy and delicious. Three Steak dip is a MUST get! Kellie and Abby are amazing servers and made the experience great and fast. Apps came within about 10 minutes and main food about 15 minutes after that. The app also got us on the wait last very fast and seamless. Honestly, very good dinner quality food and service.

Stopped in with a gift card, long time since there. Nice hostess show showed us our table. Server was very nice , friendly, and very knowledgeable. She t took quite a bit of time to explain various different items to my wife in a friendly manner. Wife had salmon, broccoli, and rice. I had strawberry salad with vinaigrette dressing. The food was great, service great. Pleasant experience. Will b back!

Food was delicious, steaks were cooked correctly. Every thing was hot and seasoned well. A wonderful meal. Our waitress Abby was great, very attentive, and had a meaningful interaction with our 7 year old who was ecstatic to the point of leaving her a thank you note on her kids menu. She was super sweet and personable. The atmosphere was a 4 just because it is a typical steakhouse (but that wasn’t a bad thing). Would definitely recommend!

Waited for one hour and forty minutes for our food to come out. All the while the server telling us it was because the kitchen was slow, but through the power of vision (watching other tables sit, order, eat, and leave) I informed her that I didn’t believe what she was saying and to get the manager. Manager was nice and tried her best to make us happy.
