Dylan was, without exaggeration, the greatest waiter we have ever had in our entire lives. From the very moment we were seated, he went above and beyond in every possible way, setting a level of service that truly feels unmatched. He was attentive without being overbearing, friendly without feeling forced, and professional while still making the experience feel warm and personal. Every recommendation he gave was spot-on, every detail was remembered, and every interaction made us feel genuinely valued as guests. His timing was impeccable, his knowledge of the menu was impressive, and his positive attitude never wavered throughout the entire meal. It’s rare to encounter someone who clearly takes so much pride in their work and consistently delivers excellence with such ease and grace. Dylan didn’t just serve our table — he elevated the entire dining experience and made our visit truly memorable. We will absolutely remember him the next time we return, and we sincerely hope he receives the recognition he deserves, because service like this is exceptional and far too rare.

Melissa and Armando were amazing!! Armando is the owner and he came around and spoke to us and everyone in the restaurant. He knew his servers names and was very nice. Melissa was the best server we have had in a long time.

Food was ok. After driving all day we wanted a good dinner. We went for the trio meal deal. Soup was great. Steak was poor quality. I understand sirloin isn’t an expensive cut of meat but this was horrible. I ordered medium and mine was more rare like my husband ordered. My fries tasted like old grease. We didn’t get utensils till our meal was brought out. I had to ask for them. They were starting to get busy when we arrived around 5pm but we were there for 2 hours. That’s a little much. Waitress was very nice and friendly.

Every time we come here, we make a point to see Erin, and once again the service was exceptional all around. Birthday dinner with my family. Got online to make a reservation and online it’s only a holding Then it says to make sure to call for a reservation so I did made reservations for 6 PM when I got there they said I would have to wait 25 minutes so while I was waiting, another large group came in and was seated right away at a table. So their reservation worked, but not mine then I was told that there is no reservations by one lady. So there was a table in the back, and apparently the people had been there since four. It was now 7 PM and they were cashed out and just sitting. I told the lady to get the manager because the protocol is once customers are cashed out not to hold a table down when you have a restaurant full of people . Long story short, my reservation was at six was not seated until seven. we were given good service at the table and free appetizers but I would’ve rather bought my own appetizer and got in at 6 o’clock as planned. I realize it takes a lot for a restaurant to run smoothly. But they need to step up their game. I was there at 5:45with a reservation. And to have another group of people seated before me is unexcused . Then for them to say that they don’t even do reservations well, you better change your website and when you called to make a reservation and the girl says yes, you have a reservation sounds to be that’s a reservation! I will never return .

Horrible experience for take out . They didn’t even get the blooming onion hamburger right . I asked for no tomato and they still put it on and didn’t even get the sauce on the burger and the food was in absolutely mess when I opened it . Then the sweet potatoe literally looked awful and opened it and this is how it looked . On top the steak was chewy and not even made the correct way . Horrible service . Never will eat here again and would give zero stars if I could . A total waste of money .

We both enjoyed a 6oz steak, mine with a loaded potato and she had the steamed veggies. A1 Sauce was brought to the table but not needed. The steak was delicious. And for dessert we had the cheesecake. Will for sure be going back.

No joke, this location is a hidden gem. I have to admit I even struggled to leave these comments because I don’t want everyone coming in now but this needs to be shared, I suppose.

It’s our go to spot when I do not want to cook and the service is amazing each and every time. Ashley today was a great example of this particular Outback location’s consistency in service and attentiveness.❤️

We recommend the Pina Koala and Koala Punch to drink (oh, and they have Pellegrino and juicy limes, win-win) Order both of the shrimp appetizers because the coconut and a grilled shrimp are absolutely the best. Lobster tail salmon, steak, kids food too- something for everyone. We will see you next week, friends. ❤️ THANK YOU!

This review is for a takeout order where they pretty much managed to get everything wrong with it. So if you get anything out of this review, make sure you check what you receive thoroughly.
Items ordered:
Bloomin Onion: Received but was soggy like it had been sitting there a while in the container.
Toowoomba Salmon: Received but was missing the vegetable side and the salad came with the wrong dressing. The salmon was also dry and overcooked.
Toowoomba Pasta: Received but only with chicken and not chicken and shrimp as was ordered. The chicken was dry as a bone and there was hardly any pasta sauce.
Alice Springs Chicken: Received but without any honey mustard dressing which kind of makes that dish and again the chicken was dry. Side was incorrect with just mashed potatoes and not loaded mashed potatoes as was ordered for an up charge.
As you can see, pretty much everything had an issue and reflects on the lack of discipline or dedication of the workers at this location to ensure meals ordered meet exactly the quality and criteria expected.
People spend their hard earned money on this and based on this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
