The nuggets are always so dry and overcooked. They taste like they sat under a heat lamp for 4 hours and completely dried out. Never get a hot or fresh set. It’s highly disappointing compared to many other McDonald’s I’ve been too.

It’s 7:19 PM on a Sunday night there are two customers now three. The place is a mess! All the tables are dirty. The soda area is all sticky and there is no cups for the condiments. The trash cans are overflowing. The counter service was terrible and we ate in and our fries were like warm to cold before we were done eating. Seriously for $10.00 a combo meal I would like hot fries and a whole ring of an onion with two pickles!

I am a door dasher. I walked in and had to wait almost 5 minutes until any one acknowledged that I was standing there. And I was the ONLY customer in the store. After i made it aware what I was there for it took over 10 minutes just for a LARGE FRY. Once I got upset, the young girl laughed when I said “it is ridiculous that this lady only ordered a large fry and you guys are busy playing around instead of taking care of the customer” I used to b a manager at McDonald’s ! their behavior on June 18th around 5:30pm was HORRIBLE! I just wanted the owner of this restaurant to know that I have a McDonalds in my neighborhood, but I will drive 15 minutes to dine at this Mullica Hill location. The food is somehow consistently better, and the staff is efficient and friendly. Just figured I’d counter the negative review you may receive because as I was dining in this morning I overheard a customer being belligerent to the staff about a non-issue.

It was great! The price for the Grimace shake was ridiculously over priced. But it was still good and worth it I guess, the burger and fries taste the same which means it is or was good.

I showed up 30 min before close & they claimed that they are “severely understaffed” (I heard at least 3 different girls laughing and screaming in the back) and they had “only one singular patty.” This was at 10:30pm on 06/10/23. I called for manager and she was laughing and not taking it seriously so. I never get mad at people who work at places like these cuz they go through a lot but this was ridiculous

This restaurant got a makeover and it looks awesome. It seems to have a European influenced design that I noticed while living in Germany. I like the new look. They are embracing automation with an order kiosk and reduced their four registers to down to two. I prefer talking to a human to place my order (I also want to show my support of workers) so I ordered at the register and not the kiosk. One of my first jobs was at a McDonalds and it taught me to respect and value those who work. Our sandwiches and nuggets were perfect. One note for management: the apple slices were expired. My wife ate them and then noticed the expiration date. She said they tasted fine. This McDonalds is U Do It approved!

First, the making of the order was extremely slow, the slowest I have ever experienced at a McDonald’s. The staff in the kitchen area was moving at an extremely slow speed, joking around, and not focused on completing the orders of the half-dozen customers in the waiting area and the same number of cars in the drive-thru. Then, when going through my order, toppings requested were not added or removed and the wrappers on the cheeseburgers were not tightly wrapped like every other McDonald’s I’ve been to. The burgers were falling out of the wrappers when in the bag. Even the redo of the order was still put together very sloppily. The only reason it is not 1 star is the front cashier got us drinks, our McFlurry, and double checked on us as we were waiting for the order to be completed.

Went and bought a Mc Double last night, without question the worst burger I have had from McD in 30+ years! Roll was stale and Patty was cold. It seems it is run by a bunch of high schoolers who have zero customer relationships skills. You actually feel like you are bothering them when ordering.
