This place is must go! What a great time and the food was out of this world. Jesus the owner was so professional and personal. Ambience was so authentic. The prices were great and they even Mariachi on Tuesdays and Thursdays! Great for a date night or even if for a family with kids. They will love it! Check it out. You will not be disappointed!

Cute spot in Moorestown. I found the pricing a little bit higher than other local mexican spots. $22 for 3 soft tacos with beans & rice. Complementary chips and salsa were delicious. The seasoned chicken on the tacos was delicious. Beans & rice were average. Restaurant was decorated beautifully and live music was a nice touch but it made it difficult to have table conversations. Friendly service.

Great menu selection, staff were all very nice, and food was so good! I had crab bisque, they give you chips and also, chips were exactly how I like them, a little thick and of course fresh, salsa was great, they give you two different ones, couldn’t tell which one I liked better, both were great. Then I got taco platter, you can choose between many meats, I got fried mahi mahi, rib eye, and el pastor.

It was our first time here even though we only live 10 minutes away. Food was delicious, very reasonably priced. Service was quick and efficient and the staff is courteous. So glad we stopped in!

Really really good. I was there in midafternoon, so there were only a couple of other people. The server was so pleasant, and the food was delicious. I had the mango agua fresca, guacamole, and coconut shrimp, and brought home some flan. Food was very fresh, except for the flan, which tasted okay but had a heavy and kind of rubbery texture. Maybe it was old?

✨ About our 4th Anniversary Dinner ✨
We celebrated at Luna Y Sol in Moorestown, NJ—a cozy, intimate spot serving up vibrant and authentic Mexican dishes.

I’m really surprise by all of the great comments here. I had a craving for fried fish tacos so we went to the closest place by. We both got fish tacos and they were very hard. The breading was hard and the fish inside was dried out and hard around the outside. I was really disappointed and I can’t say we will be back. Almost $50 for 2 plates of fish tacos, I thought they would be a lot better. I have had better fish tacos elsewhere. Waitress was friendly and atmosphere is cute but that’s all this place has going for it.

This place is fantastic! The decor is festive, with giant Frida Kahlo murals everywhere. Service was excellent. Our food was amazing – the best avocado crab salad I’ve ever had, crab bisque (thin but so tasty!), creamy corn + poblano rice (ridiculous!), guac (so good), and fish tacos (overcooked, but they gave me carnitas which were delish). Took home some tres leches cake that looks amazing. Dinner for 2 with dessert was $65 with tip. We’ll definitely be back.

A Must-Visit! Authentic, Flavorful, and Full of Heart ❤️

We were in town for 4th of July weekend with the family and stumbled upon Luna Y Sol — what a gem! From the moment we sat down at their cozy outdoor patio, we felt completely welcomed. The atmosphere is charming and inviting, with the kind of small-town warmth that’s rare to find.

The food? Absolutely delicious! Every dish was bursting with authentic flavor — fresh, homemade, and clearly prepared with care. We had tacos, enchiladas, and elote — everything was spot on. The drinks were great too, and the café de olla was the perfect warm treat to slow down and savor the moment.

What made this place truly special was the service. The staff were so friendly, attentive, and genuinely proud of what they serve. You can tell this is a family-run restaurant with heart behind everything they do.

We’ve traveled a lot and eaten at countless Mexican spots — Luna Y Sol easily stands among the best. Whether you’re a local or just passing through like us, this place is 100% worth the stop. Can’t wait to come back!

Gracias por todo

We ate here last year, and the food was great. Enchalada Platter, Fajita Platter, and Conchita Pabil.

We recently stopped for lunch expecting great food once again. Sadly the food we ordered (Enchilada Platter and Fajita Platter) were far below a mediocre rating.

Enchaladas had hard dry chopped chicken, the Fajitas steak meat were both overcooked and tough to chew.

Desserts were mediocre at best, we ordered the Flan and the Churros. Not worth the price.
