Worst service ever and we tried giving them THREE chances to make it right. Today we went back to receive a redo of our $100 order we placed a few weeks ago they messed up and also served under done chicken with and they stated they would make right. Instead they have zero recollection of it and offered us one free pizza. We ordered the same half and half pizza we wanted to try last time as well as purchased other items for the household and once again im given an incorrect order, told Im a liar for stating we never said we wanted olives. Our order we placed was read off a text message thats attached as well. After refusing to even remake the pizza so we could for once try the taco pizza while still getting what the rest of the house wants on their half we simply asked for a refund so that we didn’t pay AGAIN for what we didn’t ask for and that was refused as well. None of this includes the embarrassing unprofessional behavior we have received. My girlfriend manages a pizzeria in salem and it’s a shame we cant get any half decent pizza in Dallas. In the photo is their version of half taco pizza/half pep sausage xtra bell pepper and onion. Only thing there is extra of is olives we never asked for, so some people had no food option. Wont be returning.

Ordered a 2 piece chicken meal and asked for thighs, The uneducated cooks put in a wing and a breast and over cooked them, They told me about the mistake and gave me the side order and said they would put in two pieces of chicken thighs. The rest of my party was done with their dinner when I received my chicken which was over cooked and dry. Don’t order the chicken here cause they don’t know what they are doing, They can barely make pizza. Not worth going back.

The Dallas location is a well run branch of the chain with a stable nice staff that provides great service. Can’t think of a time where anything was off. They support their community.

Went for a birthday party today pizza met basic standards. The women behind the counter was completely rude, constantly rolling eyes seemed bothered that the birthday party was a big group of diverse children and family . We expected great service since it has been recommended by a lot of locals as a great “family oriented place “ sadly we did not that service.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at any Abbys. The manager clearly seen I was upset and chose to keep vacuuming the floor. Employees eating behind the counter. Wings they forgot to take form the microwave to the oven which is gross to begin with. Ordered at 7pm to pickup at 7:30pm when I arrived at 7:51pm they deciddd to let me know it would be a few more minutes since somebody forgot to take my wings from the microwave to the oven. The price is way too high for crappy food and barely existent service. I’m assuming the gambling machines keep the place afloat. Won’t be back

Should have checked reviews before I went as I highly agree that the service is horrible and the ladies behind the register are completely rude!! They don’t care about customer service even when I mentioned their attitude and their excuse was that they were busy which the place wasn’t even that full at the time of my dine in. It was my first time there and my last!! Don’t bother wasting your money there as their pizzas are not worth it either!!
They claim on below reviews that they strive for 100% customer satisfaction but I don’t see any progress on first training their staff on proper customer service and watching what it looked to be kids trying to work behind the counter in food prep is not at all professional!

This Dallas location does not have the all you can eat lunch buffet.
Also, needs a louder door entry alarm because I walked in and waited 10 minutes so i had to call this store to get someone to come up front. The ovens are loud so the staff cannot hear if someone walks in

Picture is how I received the raw mess of a pizza. BEWARE DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION!! My whole family had food poisoning my boyfriend almost had to go to the hospital!!!!. He was almost instantly sick after eating two slices!! The manger Melanie is very unpleasant. I have been going to abbys pizza forever and every since she came along my visits have been horrible. My pizza was raw. Was gave to me a MESS. I paid over 30$ for a undercooked horrible pizza and left feeling very unhappy. I highly recommend going to ANY OTHER Abby’s pizza BESIDES this one!! And if it’s your first time their don’t let it distort your view on Abby’s as a whole. Just go to a different one. I promise you will be amazed at the difference! I still have the raw pizza. Have not received any call back from the other manager Johnathan which I was promised to hear from. I will be warning as many people as I can about this place. I have worked in customer service jobs and I know it’s hard but there is no reason to be rude or scoff at people who are simply making a small request. Especially being not one time but two different times serving me a raw bad pizza. Which was requested politely to be cooked a little longer in the oven on thin crust to make it well done. Neither of those I got. when this time I made sure to come in way earlier to hope it would be not raw. When I had arrived my pizza had been done already. I proceeded to wait over 25 minutes on the spuds after the fact? So my pizza was cold. Both orders placed at the same time Made no sense why my pizza was raw when they had plenty of time in that 25 mins to throw it back in the oven which I asked and she scoffed at me and said it was to late. Worst experience ever.
