We had heard they had amazing Menudo, but we ordered up some Mexican breakfast, eggs with Chorizo, and some Chilaquiles! Great service and the food was great, also tortillas are hand made.

One of my top favorite Mexican restaurants. Their food is consistently delicious and fresh. The full soup menu is a rare treat. Service is awesome & welcoming. 5/5

Very delicious. The place was busy with local when we were there and it was not surprised. Services were great and so as food. I can’t remember the name of my dish, but I think it is something Castilla de Puerco with spicy salsa. It’s not too spicy at all. Just the right spicy. My husband had enchiladas, and he called his parents afterward to let them know how good this was. We plan to go back and try their soup, which we saw many locals ordered. Highly recommended.

Best hot sauce at every table that they make on site. The menu looks standard Mexican, but It’s unlike anything I’ve had before (flavors from Michoacan, Mexico); it’s like I’ve been invited up a family meal that someone’s awesome grandmother has prepared. You could taste years of culinary expertise and delightful fresh flavors from the local farms.

It’s a working farmer’s date night spot / happy hour for everyone within a 25 minute drive because it’s the middle of farm country. This place is anti-pretentious with the love and pride of a multi-generation family business ran by women who can out-cook most of the celebrity chefs of the Bay Area.

I couldn’t believe my luck to find this hidden gem on my road trip.

Believe it is hyped up.
Service is good (not over the top, but not lacking).
Food was ok. Menudo was too salty, but give props for offering homemade tortillas, two size bowls, and price.
Was happy for the aguas frescas and decent variety. We gotthe horchata and it was way too sweet.
Would try again and order something different, but the things we ordered should be key menu items that should be on point.

Las Palomas was busy, but we were seated promptly. The menu is extensive. I had the tacos de tilapia and horchata for my beverage. Both were delicious!

Best ceviche pescado – had it half and half – ever. Beautifully laid out. Rice and beans were excellent. Service as good as it gets.
