One of the biggest things I’ve noticed is how the crew there is the best people in the world. Problem is times get backed up because of rude customers and people who cant think for themselves. they get 20 piece McNugget and don’t even know that it comes with sauce. wanting an ice coffee and when they ask if they want cream of sugar in it they look at you like your supposed to know what they want. and these are the same people who come tho every other day and order the same thing. As if they haven’t figured it out yet that the staff there deals with more then just them as customers.

Both burgers were hard as a rock not to mention the buns were burnt. It’s a burger, it’s not rocket science. Common sense goes a long way. If you wouldn’t eat it, THEN DON’T SEND IT OUT.

Not good. Tables are always dirty, it’s a struggle to find one that doesn’t have old food on it. Bathroom is an absolute mess, do not use it. It’s a shame — 15 years ago, this McDonalds was very much enjoyable. But in terms of cleanliness and overall quality of experience, this is the worst restaurant in the area, hands down. I genuinely struggle to understand how health officials allow them to continue operating.

Everything is always out or broken. They rarely have the special advertisement McDonald’s commercialises. Tonight we walked there at 9:52 and they said the lobby was closed, the only way they were serving was drive through. We couldn’t get anything cause we walked. Online and there sign on the door said open till 11:00.
