I’ve worked at a sonic before so I know how it is, and I can tell the staff is trying their best but imma be honest, please just shut down the store. More than half of their screens/system is always down, they’re always out of basic ingredients even though I’m sure that’s a distribution problem, they close down every other week due to maintenance but still can’t seem to get things working. And even when it’s dead, they somehow still manage to mess up or forget something in the majority of my orders. Today was probably the last time I’ll go there.

Pulled into 2 separate spots & were out of order. There is no drive thru. Ordered 2 slushes. Gave me a Sprite soda as one of the drinks? Went back & explained that it was supposed to be a limeade slush. They then gave me a limeade slush. It was not mixed properly. It was extremely syrupy and so strong it was undrinkable.. Went back and asked for my money back. As we drove away again with only my wife’s slush- a cherry Slush. She started to drink it and it was so strong it gagged you like the limeade slush. They clearly don’t know what they are doing. And it was on July 4th and we were the ONLY customer. We had to throw the cherry slush out and just went on our way. Terrible experience!!!

This was the 3rd time I tried going to the sonic on east Gause and all 3 times every screen I went to wasn’t working. The best part is I waited about a month before going back thinking they would have it fixed but nope if anything more screens were out. They need to shut it down and either remodel the whole place or shut it down and never open it up again.

Terrible experience. We’ve been coming to this Sonic for many years, and the quality and service has gone down. We ordered a chicken sandwich which contained a shriveled little piece of chicken not even big enough for the bun. We ordered shakes and blasts which weren’t filled to the top. This has occurred the past few times so maybe a money saving tactic for the company. The popcorn chicken was mostly breading.

The only reason this review isn’t one star is because of the employees are actually trying to do their best. However, whoever the leadership is needs to start doing their job. Every time I go, it seems like over half the screens/buttons don’t work, their machines constantly out of order. The food used to be good. Worst of all, this used to be a nice location, now it seems just overall worn down and has graffiti on some of the talk boxes. I don’t get it, what happened?

Arrived at 15 before close to get a sonic blast for me and my GF. Half the employees were out back smoking, with the other half in the store. I pressed the call button and waited 10 minutes before being told that they had a $60 order and wouldn’t serve us. I’ve had issues with this location previously but I wont go here anymore.

There is a need for better customer service. I got something different than what I ordered , the server was not very engaging and did not ask us if we needed anything else. She dropped the bag off and was gone on a blink. The tator tots were okay though.

HORRIBLE!! Chili cheese tots tasted freezer burnt with a taste i can only describe ad pesticide… Half the screens don’t work and looked like they haven’t been wiped down since before COVID!!
