Excellent place to dining. Atmosphere is inviting and warm. Staff are friendly and attentive, a big plus now days. Food was excellent. Huge portion of bison meatloaf. The trout was cooked to perfection. The pork medallions were also prepared very well and seasoned perfect. A must try!

A very relaxing experience at a reasonable price. We went for the prime rib buffet and weren’t disappointed. The meat was cooked to temperature, it was very tender and tasty. They had alternative entrees for those not wanting beef. I especially enjoyed the spinach salad. The dressing was the warm style, which is something I don’t make at home. The service was great. We were able to sit by the window, which offered us a beautiful view of the mountains.

The service is great and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food is fantastic. Only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because I think the buffet should have a couple more vegetable or side dishes. They must have had ten cakes and pies but only had two vegetables and 1 other side.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!!! Drew our waiter, did an outstanding job of taking care of us during the entire meal. And the meal…. Filet mignon to die for!!!! That steak was so tender you could cut it with a fork. Creamy mashed potatoes and delicious asparagus. Believe me, this was the best meal that we have had in a long time. It was my wife’s 73rd birthday and I wanted to take her somewhere special for dinner. Believe me, this place is FANTASTIC!!!!! We will definitely be back. 5 full stars to the waiter and the restaurant for a job incredibly well done.

Every season looks fantastic and completely different. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting or just passing through.

Brasstown Valley Resort and Spa offers high-end dining experience. If you plan to eat there I would definitely make reservations especially on Friday night because of the buffet serving New York strip and various seafood as well as on Saturday which gets really packed for all you can eat Prime Rib.

We’ve eaten at Brasstown Valley Resort for the Sunday brunch buffet, Christmas Day buffet, and for a regular off-the-menu dinner and each time we’re not disappointed. The service is excellent and the food is fantastic. Even during holiday (Thanksgiving and Christmas) buffets, with hundreds of reservations booked, they manage to seat non-reserved guests as well. They offer enough types of food to accommodate every dietary need. Do not miss their famous bourbon bread pudding. I only tried it at the suggestion of one of the staff and I never miss it when I’m there.
