if i could give them 0 stars i literally would. i walked in and these workers r SO rude, talking over me, honestly felt like they were ganging up on me as i tried to order. worst experience ever. mind you, we are TOURISTS from Canada. and WOW this really set the tone for what america is like… they were so rude i have never experienced something like this. extremely disappointed in service, wingstop do better with your hiring please. the food was honestly gross too. don’t come to this location.

My family and I are frequent customers, but this day we had a terrible experience, I ordered online and my order did not arrive complete, I understand that we can make mistakes for that reason, I kindly called the store to inform them of my lost order, I told them that I could go pick it up personally and unfortunately they told me that they could not do anything, I do not complain about the money and what I paid, but it is frustrating the way so indifferent they have when solving a problem, very disappointing I will never be a customer of this place again.

Outstanding staff and clean place. The wings were well cooked, the fries are soggy. There was no barbecue sauce selection. A lot of spicy sauces. Very little non spicy sauces available. The music selection was not of my liking. I went to eat and decompress from work and the music did not help.

It’s our first time trying Wingstop since we’re from Canada. I knew not to expect much from their service, but the lady at the cashier today (November 11 at 2:30 p.m.) seemed so bored. She would sigh and type so lazily on the keyboard and never gave a smile or be polite with her words. Maybe she knows I’m from Canada and hate us Canadians, but I tried to be nice throughout the interactions. However, when I saw her talking to other customers, she greeted them and always had a big smile. Would never ever come in this location AGAIN.

We had never been to Wingstop as we don’t have them in Canada. Micaela was fantastic she explained the menu thoroughly. She was friendly and incredibly helpful. The food was really good!! Can’t wait to go back the next time we are in the US.

Worst experience ever at a Wing Stop. Only one other guest in store. I placed my order and was told that it would be at least a 20 min wait by a very sassy what I assume to be the manager. I said that was fine. Two employees were loitering outside the door. As I went to find a seat I noticed that all the tables had trash on them and it appeared the dining area had not been cleaned in several hours. Sassy britches kept walking around playing on his phone while loitering employees returned inside not to be seen. As I was leaving Sassy Britches re-emerged and hung a make shift sign on the door saying they were closing early. This clearly was not a case of being overrun with business. Just a lack of care.

So to start- I love WingStop. I never had a problem with any of my WingStop orders over the past few years.
This location was different. The fries were burnt and cut extremely unevenly. The Buffalo wings had barely any sauce on them and were more dry than wet. Plus, the wings were dry overall.
Extremely disappointed with WingStop here and the lack of quality seems to be common in the area. I won’t be ordering WingStop anytime soon, until I move back to SoCal.

Placed an online order and upon arrival it wasn’t ready. The two employees behind the counter seemed to work as fast as possible. Seemed like one of the two was still sort of newish and learning. The food was well prepared and pretty tasty despite my unexpected wait. Thank you both and continue to persevere.

Great chicken, slow service…waited 25 minutes for 7 piece tenders, and not busy. The staff wasn’t that friendly except the Hispanic lady that took my order. They had 6-8 working so why so slow? However it’s always slow even when busy. I will be going to their new location in the Renton QFC shopping center.
