Our daughter has Celiac Disease and they have a good amount of options for her. The hostess (didn’t catch her name sadly but visited Aug 13 2023) did a great job at breaking down the menu, so we felt comfortable going forward and staying for lunch. When we got to the table, we also confirmed with our waiter on all of the prior details we were given. Mario also reassured us on the menu. She ordered a burger with a gluten-free bun with fries. They have their own dedicated gluten-free fryer, so there were no issues with cross contamination. She really enjoyed her food, which made this Mom really happy . She said, “Give them 5 stars, and mention Mario is amazing.” Dining can be really stressful for us and especially for her while traveling, so we really appreciate the care and attention to detail with her meal today.

Went to celebrate the life of my mother in law and her mother, after their burial service at Fort Snelling. My MIL was a parot head and we thought it would be a great place to celebrate her. The food was bland, burgers were stiff/tough even cooked medium well. Fried pickles were limp/ not crisp. Had to walk over to the bar to get the listed happy hour deals not a big deal just strange to not offer at a table near the bar. Our waitress was very sweet so gave it a little better than what I would have.

It’s like a Caribbean version of O’Charley’s. The food is mediocre but the atmosphere is decent. This was our first, and probably last, time coming to a Margaritaville. It felt pretty American to do whilst at Mall of America. The service was wonderful. The restaurant was clean. The food was nothing to write home about and was rather expensive. The appetizer trio tasted the best, but ultimately gave us both GI upset, so I can’t even recommend that.

The margaritas and drinks were tasty, and loved the beachy cabana atmosphere, but the food just wasn’t top tier. Jambalaya had flavor. A little heat, some decent seasoning, but overall still a little too bland. Spinach and artichoke dip was good but no different than any other chain like Applebee’s. Our server was great, but I can’t in good intent give all 5 stars to the restaurant because we’ve had so many better meals at the Mall this weekend.

Pretty disappointing. After waiting 45 minutes beyond what they said, the waiting time would be, we were seated and waited. Another 40 minutes before we got our drinks. The food was reasonable, but unfortunately, my burger bun was burnt and the bacon seem to be almost raw on my garlic, bacon burger. The others in my party enjoyed their food very however. They were way under staffed for what they had. Overall, a very disappointing experience, especially considering the money. I really would not recommend going here. There are plenty of better options in the mall of America.

It was about a 20 minutes wait on a Friday afternoon in the summer. The food was good but the cost of a soda with free refills was $4.75. The music is loud and TVs shows videos for the songs playing.

This was my first time at a Margaritaville restaurant. It is in the MOA on Level 3 near Crayola. I was in a waiting mode for the kids to finish their rides. It was a Tuesday afternoon and there were no crowds. Getting a seat was easy.

Tourist trappy feel. Food sucks,,horrible..as to be expected,,kids wanted to go here. Even the chips were stale. Kids had fried food of course, grease that they cooked the food in had not been changed in a while so it made ALL the fried food taste rancid. You should not go here, but most people with a brain realize its going to suck.

I was a bit worries about the wait initially. When we decided to eat, it was 7 p.m. and the peek of the establishments rush. The person making reservations and ensuring everyone had seats told us it was 45 minutes to an hour before our party of six could be seated. We decided to chance it and wait despite the mall closing in about 90 minutes and us really ready to eat and go back to our hotel. In about 20 minutes the person up front called is to let us know there was a table for us. When we walked it, the place was still extremely busy but we never felt like an inconvenience for the employees. Our server, Kyle did an amazing job. He took our drink orders, explained what the different drink were, and promptly brought them out to us. He offered appetizers but we declined. He took our order and was careful to repeat the order to ensure it was correct. The food was brought to us well prepared and it looked amazing. I could not have asked for a more delicious looking meal. The food was absolutely delicious as well. My only regret was I had no room for the key lime pie. I should have ordered it because it looked great on the menu. This was one of the better experiences I had here at the Mall of America. The service was impeccable, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere was inviting. I do not get out this direction very often. However, next time I am here to visit the Mall of America this will be my stop for dinner. Stay blessed. It 5 pm somewhere.

It was a cool place. I ordered the fish tacos. It was good, but the fish was just a little dry. Otherwise, everything was delicious.
