I stopped in this past week since I work in the area. It is a good bar with pretty decent food. I wouldn’t classify this place as a true mexican restaurant, though. I ordered the Taco Tuesday Special where you get three tacos for the price of two. I got the soft shell Smoked Chicken Tacos, which were tasty, and the price was extremely reasonable. I also got the chips and guacamole, which I think are overpriced. The guacamole was on the bland side for my taste and a bit too chunky. The place is small on the lower level, but they have a cute rooftop area overlooking MSG across the street. My server was friendly and attentive, and the place was clean. It is a pretty good spot for drinks before and after a show as the bartender here could really whip up a great cocktail. I will definitely come back again for Happy Hour in the near future.

Lucy’s Cantina is not bad but it’s also not great. What’s holding it back is the slow service and food that arrives cold. The servers are all very friendly and the rooftop atmosphere is great. If you are just going for drinks then bump this review up to 4 stars as their Beergarita is really good.

Really nice place. I enjoyed their patio and the service from our waitress. We did not eat much only some nachos, which were nothing special. It was very crowded on a Tuesday afternoon and we had to wait a little to find a table. Overall great experience and will visit again.

If you’re looking for a great break or start in NYC Lucy’s is the place awesome staff, location, food and drinks. Personal recommendation is the cucumber japeleno margarita. Best in the country is tasted.

Average, at best. Chicken nachos weren’t really good. They weren’t bad… but not good. Music was too loud for a casual atmosphere. And the servers weren’t in any rush to serve us despite the place being fairly empty when we arrived. It took a few minutes for one to mosey over, and no follow-up during our meal. I don’t believe its a place I would return to.

I really wanted to like this place especially based on the many reviews I read here on Google. My husband and I decided to sit on the roof as it was a cool evening. Our server took over 10 mins to even greet us but we figured it was a bit busy so maybe there was limited wait staff. I ordered a Mango Margarita which tasted like only tequila and had no flavor so I requested a bottled drink instead. We had to ask for water and utensils when folks seated after us received these right away. Many items on the menu weren’t available when asked so my husband and I had the Chorizo Tacos which we were excited about but unfortunately sent us both to the bathroom several times that evening effectively ruining the event we attended after dinner. Would not recommend.
