Guy at the counter was lacking in manners and rushing to make an order even though there was no one else in line. Chicken strips were cold and gal at the counter made it a big deal that a piece was missing when I asked for fresh order. Floor were in need of good sweep. Food quality and service at the Boise, Franklin location is much, much better.

Always love a visit Chick-fil-A. Love what they stand for, there high standards, great friendly employees. BUT I find it extremely unprofessional and inappropriate to conduct employee performance reviews in the main dining room , especially during busy dinner hour and conducted by a manager with a deep loud voice!
Received an email probably from the corporate office within minutes saying some one from the local franchise management would be contacting me. Sorry again to say I have not received a response. Thank goodness “Raising Canes” is about to open down the street!

Came through the drive thru and I was handed a drink with a giant hole in the bottom, ended up leaking the entire lemonade all over my lap and car when I tried to put it in my cup holder. Really not sure how you don’t notice a giant leak in the bottom of a cup especially when you’re handing it off to somebody. Never leave reviews but honestly baffled.

I ordered food under Chris and was handed an order for Irvin instead. Didn’t realize it until I got home, which is about 25 minutes away.
They also didn’t give me a receipt, so even if I had decided to drive all the way back, I had nothing to show.
To top it off, the wrong order included a spicy chicken sandwich, which I don’t eat at all. So now I’m stuck with food I literally can’t use.
That’s a long drive to end up with completely wrong food, no receipt, and a meal I can’t even eat.
Mistakes happen, but this cost me time, gas, and dinner. No name check at pickup. No order verification. No receipt.
I usually expect better from Chick-fil-A. Pretty frustrating experience.

Sent back first spicy chicken sandwich as it was cold. Cheese not melted, bun cold, chicken patty lukewarm. Sent back. Next chicken, same way. Done with this location. They advertise fresh good food and what I got TWICE was unacceptable. The chicken was really dark which meant the oil was old. If lighter in color the oil would have been fresh.

Restaurant is always clean from the tables to the windows. Even though the play place is smaller, my 4 kids love it. Employees always in a good mood and are willing to help.

The last few times we’ve visited, the chicken patties have been a little dry. When we tried the sandwich with classic patty with bacon, both were tough and chewy. The chicken is the main thing, secondary to a well oiled machine kind of experience. If that’s not on point, there is none.
Probably won’t return for a while.
Not sure about the atmosphere. It depends when and where you visit. This one we drive through.
