My family and I were in Meridian for a basketball tournament, and we ate dinner at this Chic-fil-A. We had a great experience. Johna took our order. She was friendly and suggested a few places to visit while we were in town. I don’t know what it is about Idaho, but the people here take pride in their work. Every restaurant we’ve been to has been well run, clean, and pleasant. This Chic-fil-A is worth a visit. Our order came very quickly and was correct. Next time we’re in Meridian, we’ll be back.

Aniah took my order she was so sweet, helpful, had great customer service and energy! Food was fresh but a ton of middle school or highschool kids swarmed inside talking trash and laughing I couldn’t handle they’re annoying conversations so I quickly finished my food and headed towards the door as I was leaving my table and cleaning up chance took my tray for me and got me a refill those two employees are rockstars and need raises thanks y’all! Overall I recommend going through the drive through or eating outside because the inside customers ruin the vibe.

It was our first time at Chick fil A… No menu to look at so we ordered the chicken sandwich. Would have been nice to know that you needed to order a sauce to go with it. We got two sandwiches… Bun, pickle chicken breast… Very efficient getting folks through the line. Everything else, lacking.

This particular store has nearly the best drive thru setup I’ve ever witnessed. I don’t care if it seems like there are 100 cars in front of you… you will have your food in a few minutes easily.

The food here was amazing! Grilled chicken club, waffle fries, and watermelon mint lemonade. And the service was so good! We ordered dine in and had our food handed to us right as we were sitting down in our seat. Will definitely return here soon!
