The food was very low quality for the expensive price. I could’ve paid 2. More and ate a real quality steak from outback or Long Horn anywhere. The inside is dirty unclean. The tables and booths are felling apart. The ceilings is the so nasty. This place should be shut down. The staff looks as dirty as the restaurant. The server was so poor. I got my appetizer long after my nasty food. The burgers are frozen patties selling for 10. When they purchase the box for 5. The same burgers at BJ’s,Sams Club,GF . The health department needs to called. Please don’t eat here. I felt sick before I even tried to eat the food. So nasty this place should be a fast food place fast food is better.

DONT GO HERE! Horrible from the moment we walked. There were only 6 in my party. Restaurant was dead, now I know why. Sat down at 630. It took 15 minutes to get out our drinks. Another 35 minutes to get our appetizers. Salads that we had ordered were about 4 pieces of lettuce, 3 pieces of shredded cheese and 1 tomato which was drenched in dressing. Our steaks, when they finally came out were all cooked wrong. Waitress was no help in fixing this so we just del with it to leave. Definitely not worth our time or money. Save yourself a bad experience and visit a real steakhouse, not this place.

I wish there was a way to give zero stars. But just like its name it get 1 lonestar. If you like going out to eat after you go out to eat, this is the place for you. Words cannot quantify how terrible our meal was, the service was piss poor also. With nobody in the restaurant you think you would get good service and food, this was not the case. We took about two bites of our thrown together disgusting meal and was like wow thats gross. Corporate should wake up, as you can see theres about 100 terrible reviews for this gross place. Its dirty on the inside and the people left something to be desired as well. Yeah they were gross to. My family and friends will never step foot into this place again. No wonder this place is always empty. Please lonestar take some pride in what you do and the service you provide. Maybe its poor training? Maybe its poor management? To any reader, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Lonestar you should be ashamed of this place. Best of luck, your going to need it.

I rejected the steak and would’ve been happy to just take it off the bill but the manager insisted they bring me a new one and take it off the bill which was unnecessary as it was just as bad but I gave it to my 21 year old son who is a body builder and ..meat is protein as far as he is concerned so .therefore, it was good enough.

Food was terrible for a $21 steak I would hope they would at least cook it right. Hubby’s shrimp were pale and tasteless. Chicken was rubbery. This experience just ruined any other Lone Star.. will get a burger at steak n shake before going to this franchise again

Friendly staff but the meat does not live up to the name. I went three times in a row and ordered three different meats, every one of them was sub-par. Do yourself a favor and go to Smokey Bones instead, it is only a block away.
