I was so excited to try this place out because of all the great reviews. Fast service, the ladies were so nice, coffee was good and tasty, and the cinnamon roll was delicious too. I love driving through this way to Springfield just to stop here and get coffee. Having moved here from the PNW I find that getting good coffee is challenging out here in Missouri and this is one of the few places out here that has coffee that tastes like coffee! Love all the food items I’ve chosen here as well. And for those that need it they have just about every milk available here as well. Another thing that’s hard to find out here. Definitely worth a stop, even worth changing your route just to stop here!

In a tiny town like Pleasant Hope you wouldn’t expect a place with such big flavor. I guess that’s why they say expect the unexpected. This Expresso/food truck serves up fresh healthy food combined with comfort classics and the best coffee drinks around. If you’re more of a smoothie lover you’ll be in heaven, if you’re not a smoothie lover after one of hers you might just be. If you’re passing through or want to branch out for something new you won’t be disappointed. As a matter of fact, I think I’ll head over for a pistachio latte right now.
