I ordered 4 pizzas and all 4 were badly made. I understand that they always have many orders but that is no reason for them not to do it well. Half of the pizzas were very thick and the other half very thin, and they weren’t well cut either. I couldn’t grab a single slice. I had to cut all 4 pizzas completely.. I tried to call and let them know but they never answered.

We had ordered a pizza and they took a long time.. we didn’t check the box until we got home and we opened it to the pizza looking old. It doesn’t look fresh AT ALL. There is always a long line at this destination and i get that but there should be no reason for the pizza to like like it was out of chucke cheese. The pizza was so hard that you couldn’t even take a bite.

Why do people support these places? As usual, walked into this location and it was filled with people waiting to get their orders. Can barely move inside. Pizza portals not in use. Shocker! So had to wait in epic mess of a hot room. To be told order still being prepared. Again, I usually wait 15 min per visit. Total waste of time! And the pizza isn’t all that good!!! The service is atrocious company wide!

No gloves when preparing food. Waited 40 minutes on a pick up order that was place an hour ahead of time. No apologies not even a rush. They’re just on they’re phones while the line is out the door. Is there anyway to get this location closed?

Reading the latest reviews i know this review is spot on. The franchises owner should get a whole new crew and probably respond to the reviewers who had a horrible experience. This place is flat out horrible with terrible customer service and food quality. I ordered an extra most bestest and asked for it to be fresh. I stated i can wait for a fresh pizza. The manager (lady with glasses) then tried to give me a pizza that was already made and it wasn’t an extra most bestest. I then told her this isn’t a fresh pizza. Then when they did make my pizza i looked in the back, the employees were not wearing gloves and then the employee that was handling and making the food was scratching his head, gross!! I then told the manager and she said they would remake the pizza. Before the employee washed his hands and put on gloves the manager tried to give me another pizza. I had to explain that this pizza was one of the pizzas that the employee was handling without gloves. When i got my pizza it was made horrible, the crust was ok on one half but was really thin on the other half, also the cheese and pepperoni were not portion correctly. What a horrible experience. From my understanding there is a new GM named Carla. She was extremely rude to me on the phone when i called and complained. She made it seem like i was a customer who didn’t know what i was talking about but judging from the last few reviews i know im right. Oh and for some reason all the employees wear really dirty clothes. For any consumer reading this should try the location on barton rd, was worth the extra drive for me.

Hi im a Door Dasher Horrible customer service. They lie to you about the wait time and it’s dirty in their more than half of the time I walk in, I give them suggestions and feedback they never listen. One time I waited almost an whole hour for a customers order/ why does everyone go to this Little Ceasers? Idk know lol someone said that’s the best little ceasers LMFAO he must have covid-19 for real .

Always a problem ordering from here. Food is usually not fully cooked. Wait time is always ridiculous. They never have the drink I order in stock. The store owner and/or managers should be ashamed. This store needs change badly.

Canceled my order 5 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered. Then the refund takes up to 7 days lol definitely a joke. Guess papa johns it is. Papa johns has better pizza anyways lol
