The staff at this Panda Express are friendly and make for a welcoming experience. The food is consistently good, with the flavors and portions meeting expectations. The only downside is the location, which can be tricky to get in and out of, especially during busy times. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a quick and tasty meal.

This location really should focus on presentation. This has to be the 5th or 7th time I’ve came into this location and the shrimp looks very unappetizing, other locations shrimp is glossy, appealing, and your mouth waters walking up to the counter. Here, the shrimp looks very old most of the time and thrown together.

This is my go to when I have a taste for chow mein because I don’t eat authentic Chinese food. They’ve changed the noodles, which I don’t care for, so I add tons of soy sauce. The veggie spring rolls are good when they’re fresh and hot.

I used to visit this location constantly back when it had amazing service. However in recent times the service has become horrible. I tend to say away from this location and drive 15 minutes to the 78 location. Unfortunately I was in a bit of a rush and decided to visit this location to see if has improved and needless to say it hasn’t. The wait time in drive through was horrible, could barely hear the women who was working the drive through and the cherry on top is the chow Mein isn’t even chow mein. I get most lettuces then anything else. I’m not asking for free food, I’m a paying customer and I feel that the good portion should be more evenly distributed and if they are running low on chow mein, let the customer know instead of giving whatever scraps are left. Maybe this location will be organized again in the future but for now I will continue to say away.

The food was bland & lacked flavor. Not only that but half my family got food poisoning after eating it. We all got diarrhea & threw up a few times. I for one threw up almost immediately after finishing it. The only family members that didn’t get sick were the ones that didn’t eat/want Panda Express. Horrible food. Never again.

I am extremely upset and disappoint I received tonight around 8:15 PM Friday night at the Panda Express on Memorial Drive in Stone Mountain.
I ordered a bowl, and the employee did not give the normal portion of noodles. When I politely asked her to add more because the bowl was not full, she ignored me. When it came to the teriyaki chicken, she only gave me one small piece. I told her that I normally receive two pieces, as I order this regularly, but she refused and told me I would have to pay extra.
I explained that I am a frequent customer and know what the standard portions usually are, but she was more focused on arguing than providing good customer service. I did not feel valued as a customer at all, and it was clear that it made no difference to her whether I ever came back.
Panda Express should be consistent with portion sizes, and this experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I am a delivery driver and normally eat at Panda Express at least twice a week across the city, but I will not be returning to this location again.

I’m visiting from Terrell, TX. We went to Panda Express, where my order was initially incorrect. The young man, Tyler, at the Panda near K&G, 8715 W Loop S, Houston, quickly corrected it and provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, polite, and understanding. I usually do not order from any Panda Express stores due to horrible customer service, filthy store or poor quality of food that would make me sick . I gave four stars due to the bathroom could have been cleaner and had a lock on the door
However on this day I went to the Stone Mountain location to surprise my wife with dinner from her favorite place. This time the store was cleaned very well, employees courteous polite patience and focus on customer service with all of there customers. We will definitely be back.

The manager (young black lady) grabbed the plate and took a chunk out of the plate that the employee already fill it with pasta stating she put too much and started to act up, total scam and poor manager skills. This happened on 03/16/25.
