Tex Red’s was recommended by someone who my wife works with. I had the Pork Tenderloin ( Hand Breaded ). It was a very generous size, perfectly cooked and delicious ! My wife had the Brisket sandwich. It was tender and delicious as well. We will definitely be back ! Met the owner. She has an awesome attitude and so does her staff !

Great little local owned BBQ joint. Was fun and the owners were friendly. Food was great and prices were fair. $1.25 is a bit much for a can of soda, but get water – it’s better for you! Can’t want to try them out again.

Great BBQ restaurant in Centralia. I always look forward to the warmer weather when they get to open up for business! Their pulled pork is great and customer service is fantastic. Highly recommend this place if you’re a resident of the area or just passing through on Hwy 22.

The food for the most part was aswesom! Great sweet tea and the best lemonade! We got two sandwhiches (pulled pork & the big red) both were great, but our loaded fries looked like they had sat out for a bit and the fries were soggy! Other than the fries, I’m in love will most definitely be a regular customer!

Lots of items on the menu to choose from. Prices are reasonable for a small town. The serving sizes are big but the homemade pies are the bomb. Coconut cream is my absolute favorite!

My first experience since moving to town was rather disappointing. I had the nachos with chicken. It was like a wall decoration taken down and served. The cheese was hard, old, and barely Luke warm. The chicken was nothing special, I will call it bland. My son didn’t like his kids burger either, which he likes almost any burger from anywhere.
