I’m confused why they have the person answering the phones that they do. Other people here have pointed out that he’s rude, and I bet anything it’s the same person. Maybe it’s the owner? Or maybe they all have bad attitudes. Either way, we told him we’re ordering from somewhere else (that has better cheesesteaks anyway) after he was rude and condescending on the phone. What a fast way to make people dislike you and not want to come to your business. No thank you.

This Lee’s hoagie house serves an Italian imperial that is out of this world. You tell him how you like it and they make it exactly. That way you tell him to scoop the bread down to the roll and they do it. You tell him light lettuce they put on light lettuce. You tell him heavy onion they put on heavy onion.

The place hasn’t changed since I was a kid. The hoagie is about the same as it always was back when you didn’t have other hoagie choices. Went today with my family and the guy couldn’t put Mayo on half a hoagie, odd. Stood there awhile to order while three or four middle aged guys watched on tv salma hayak dance in a bikini from the movie “from dusk till dawn”. Then paused while we ordered. Real classy to have it paused on the tv while a group of women came in, not to mention my wife and daughter were there.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED! We have ordered from this particular Lees often and the last two times the order was wrong! I never called the first time as I understand things happen from time to time but tonight we ordered delivery and my hoagie was wrong. We specifically said what we wanted and did not want on the hoagie two different times to be sure it would be correct.I called the store as we got it delivered and asked to talk to a manager..They put a “Closer” on and I explained the situation and he immediately said no I don’t think we put mayo on it. There is clearly mayo on it. He was super rude, super dismissive and never once apologized! He said, “Lady I don’t know what you want me to do?” As he was speaking to me another employee was screaming in the background, “Lady we gotta close the store?” It wasn’t even closing time and who screams at a customer! I NEVER write bad reviews but the way I was spoken to was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! He didn’t even credit my credit card for the hoagie..he said he would put a credit next time I order which I never will again! We have spent a ton of money at this location over time and I cannot believe you allow your employees to speak this way to customers!!
