Ordered a pizza online and when I got there the ticket didn’t print so I had to wait like an extra 10 mins for the pizza. Not that big of a deal. They threw in a coupon for a large free pizza the next time I come in. Real nice of them.

I went in before closing and was rushed out, I also went to get a couple monsters and found that one was bad so in brought it to there attention and she said “ I didn’t think it was that bad” very poor customer service. Also shut the gas lights off on someone filling up on gas. Will never go back to this store ever.

I went for gas in the snowstorm. I was also using my HyVee fuel saver. After pumping my gas and paying for it, I thought the price was high yep they didn’t take off my savings. After going in and asking for help I was told the mgr couldn’t make it work this morning either. Nothing they were willing to do. I lost almost $10 because of this. Not Happy.

I grew up in small town Iowa and love Casey’s. I live by this one and actively avoid it except for getting gas. The food selection at prime times is horrible. This morning I went to try the new breakfast burrito that looks fantastic. There was 3 in the warmer that all looked like a kindergartner wrapped them. I grabbed one of them knowing I was probably going to be disappointed. Sure enough, the burrito didn’t have egg in it or hash browns. I looked on the package to see if there was a reason for just bacon, sausage, and shredded cheese but didn’t see any labeling. I could go on and on about the food issues we’ve encountered over the years. I’ve never written a negative review before if that gives you any indication on how bad this place is managed. I’m simply writing this to make you aware and try to make this Casey’s better because after reading other reviews it seems like it’s a common trend.

Disappointed. I go into casey’s all over waterloo and cedarfalls area and never seen the food warmers completely empty at 12pm. You go into a place to get a grab and go lunch for those that only have a few mins. and not 1 item in the warmers and in cold area had one wrap… sad sad guess kwikstar for lunch.

This particular Casey’s did not come through with our expectations. The taco pizza we ordered was a large & was nothing like any taco pizza we had. Barely any lettuce or cheese. The crumbles of chips that were spread on it were few. The pizza wasn’t even cut. This large was about the size of a medium & cost us $17. We ended up ordering a medium pizza from our local Pizza Ranch for $8 which put Casey’s pizza to shame. Never will we order from Casey’s again.

Called to order a pizza and one employee answered starts taking my order but admits he can’t really take orders put trys it anyways then ask what the price for the pizza is to the employee that is supposed to be taking the order but is not. Then when he gets the correct prize he tries to put me on hold but I hear the reorder message ” if you’d like to make a call…” follweded by voices in the back ground. I could go on but why bother don’t go here.

I mean it is what it is it’s the same case as you’ve been to a million times just the same employees in the same pizzas and the same everything you might as well find the most vanilla flavor of vanilla you can think of and top it with nothing let it melt and then slurp it up off the floor because that’s what going to cases this light unless you get their Canadian bacon pizza in which case it’s the opposite it was just okay
