Absolutely delicious! This has to be one of the best apple fritters I’ve ever eaten Breakfast was everything you want and more I will be back! Especially for the doughnuts Staff were very attentive and the restroom was clean too.

The food was carefully prepared and the portions were just right. While my son and I love heaping servings – we always feel differently when food is left unfinished. Layton’s served just right amounts. The restaurant is bright, airy and clean. Don’t be discouraged by the long lines outside. The restaurant has plenty of tables and the turnover is steady. We asked for seats at the bar and although we were told we may wait 10-15 minutes, it was more like 5. Do yourself a favor and grab a few donuts for the road on your way out.

A cute diner with great sausage gravy and biscuits and fresh doughnuts. The server was friendly and polite.

Establishment had a large Dining area, all the staff were friendly and polite. There was a good size parking lot in back of the restaurant and it was only a 15 minute wait for a table at 9 am which is very good. I love the seafood omelet which had juicy pieces of shrimp along with a crab cake cooked inside. The coconut banana pancakes tasted great as well. I was intrigued by the donuts at the front counter so I had to order some to go before I left. I will return on my next trip!

Went on a Tuesday morning around 9. Walked right in and was seated at a back corner table. The seating was very tight and very hot. Was sweating the entire meal. It was so hot in there that I couldn’t even drink my coffee.

The crab omelette was awesome. A bite of delicious Maryland blue crab in every bite! I wasn’t expecting the sprinkle of Old Bay on top but it was a nice touch. The donuts there were great too. We tried the prune donut chain in O.C. but weren’t impressed. I don’t really care for the design your own donut places. Why not just make the donuts you’re good at? Baskin-Robbins only has 31 flavors, I’m sure they could go bigger too but who needs more than that?!??!

Subpar. Sad. Slow service. food had hair in it…no dairy free accommodations for coffee etc. Just sad to have gone there. Should have went next door for a juice or something instead.
