The only reason why I’m giving y’all 3 stars is because my concentrated mix was melted and I know it’s not supposed to be liquidy. It’s supposed to have an ice cream consistency. while I’m tasting it has a raw meat sense as if the same person that was handling the meats and stuff made my concentrated mix smell like it. This was very horrible and so bad my stuff was so melted that the cookie dough was at the bottom of the cup. I had chocolate flavor, Mint flavored syrup and cookie dough.

This used to be a really solid Culver’s location, which is why this experience was so disappointing.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and received it without the chicken patty. When I mentioned it to the staff member who handed me the food, I was told he couldn’t do anything about it and was asked to take the sandwich inside myself. Once I did, no solution was offered. Multiple employees were called over, and instead of addressing the issue, the situation turned into a joke among the staff. No one explained anything or took responsibility.

Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled made a simple issue far more frustrating than it needed to be. What should have been an easy fix turned into confusion, unprofessional behavior, and poor communication.

This location used to be consistent and well-run, so I can only assume there may have been a change in management. Unfortunately, based on this visit, the service no longer matches what it once was. I would not recommend going to this location

On February 16 at approximately 7:15 p.m., I visited your establishment and placed an order through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the behavior of the drive-thru employee. She spoke very quietly and mumbled, making it difficult to understand what she was saying, even after I tried to listen carefully. In addition, her tone and manner came across as rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. This made the ordering process uncomfortable and frustrating, which is not what I expect when visiting your business. I wanted to bring this to your attention so the issue can be addressed and future customers can have a better experience.

Better than Red Robin and less expensive. A good place for everyone, whether quick bit, lunch or dinner with the kids. Snack pack dressed cheeseburger with fries and drink is a good deal. Burgers fresh and never disappoint. Custard is great too. Service and employees are always on point. Dining room kept clean too. update: returned a few times. always an assortment of customers. good old school tasting burger. i don’t care for the fries although cheese curds worth the up charge. good quality food. no frills. sundaes are excellent.
tried fried cod platter: November 2022. cod pretty good itself. batter tastes like funnel cake, which turned me off. sides were fine. wow $13. dinner roll cold which would not melt or let me spread ice cold pad of butter which came with it. sides were fries and slaw, which were fine. $13 seemed a lot for this. too many options in area for comparison meal. then opted for sundae, with cost me $6, which quality good although seemed small.

update: pretty good burger, for dine in, once ordered it took longer to get it.

update. weekday lunch rush. March 2025. I waited at the counter for a good five minutes before someone looked up, took my order and payment. It was unusually chaotic. She said Due to part of the grill broken there would be about 15 minute wait for my order. Dining room was full and everyone was eating or waiting. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN professional if the actual manager came out and helped with the operations and customer service. food quality was fine, as usual.

Very friendly staff on our visit today. Appropriate number of team members to take care of the customers. Tables and dining area were very clean, restrooms well maintained. Drink station was clean, condiments stocked. For the same price as the king of fast food with their kiosks and under staffed McResturants. Great experience today. Great job Culver’s!

The ice cream is too good. It’s going to be a problem for me in the future. They’ve got crinkle cut fries which are also an issue, lol. The sandwich was mediocre so that’s good. I don’t need to crave fast food. It’s not helpful at all.

I was craving a burger and honestly we dont eat out much anymore bc its so expensive. 1 got the single box with cheese and bacon and ordered a dbl for my husband who hasn’t eaten yet. The fries were not fresh and I get home to eat my burger and the bun is flaking off, sticking to my fingers. It was an uncomfortable mess. The burger itself was fine but 25.00 is a bit much to pay for this experience. Cashier was very pleasant at drive thru.

I have been going to Culver’s for year and stopped going for a little while due to countless issues.. I recently decided to give them another try and it has been nothing but awful. Every time I place an order my food is wrong. I’ve placed online orders and the staff tells me I didn’t place an order or that I must’ve ordered at the wrong location even though I have my order info in hand. Yesterday, I placed an order at the Veterans Parkway location and I got home and noticed I was given the wrong burger.. I came back and they remade it and gave me a voucher to apologize for their mistake. I went to use the voucher today at the E 10th St location and once again, I was given the wrong order. I had to go back to have this fixed. I asked the manager for the voucher back as I had to come back to the store and had to have my order made correctly. The store manager declined and said “I already gave you the burger” as if they did me a favor fixing my order that they messed up.
This will be my last time visiting the two Jeffersonville locations. It’s not worth the headache. 0/10
