There is always way to little protein placed on your food and an overwhelming amount of grains and vegetables to drown out the food. The food isn’t bad it’s just not a fair portion of proteins when you’re paying a great price for your meal. This is the ONLY location that has a 4oz or less portion of protein but a heaping helping of everything else. If I was a vegan or vegetarian, it would be heavenly! But I’m a meat-a-rian or a protein-aholic, if you see the portion is quite small and say something they do not even offer to sell you a double portion they just keep making to small portion and ignore your request. Then when asking for a manager I’m told that her GM says the portions are what they are and that’s it. I’ve been to other locations and their portions of proteins seem to be different than this location.
If you’re a vegan or vegetarian, please enjoy this location. However, if you like your proteins you will need to go elsewhere in order to get them!

I won’t be back at this location, my chicken bowl was terrible. The rice was mushy and flavorless didn’ taste no cilantro and boy the meat was soooo nasty literally no seasoning, it taste like they soaked their meat in water. I’m not a picky eater but this bowl was the nastiest i ever had in all of my years since chipotle came out. Portion size was good though and i had a reward for double chicken so that was a waste. Such a terrible experience i had to call corporate and they gave me two free entrees.

Wanted to order a quesadilla, they told me “Quesadilla is online only”. So even though I’m standing right there at the counter they made me log into my phone and download the app and place an order on the app just to get a quesadilla. So dumb!! Then I ordered a side of queso, and the side of queso doesn’t come with chips?? So what is the point of ordering the queso if it doesn’t even come with chips?? Lmao what a joke!! No clue how Chipotle got so popular if this is how they run their business.

Pretty decent, could use a little more seasoning but overall still fresh. I really enjoyed the outside patio to sit. Very quiet and tranquil and has a nice shaded area. I like how this location is surrounded by shopping and stores so you can eat and browse the area!

I had an excellent experience for my first time with catering. The portions were good, the steak was better than expected. People who said they didn’t eat much went back for seconds! The service was the best! I recommend catering from this location.

I came at 8:30pm they served me old food after paying $27.. I came back the very next day when they opened back up. The female manager told me she didn’t know if she could do it. Another person picked up the phone and called someone asking them if they could give me fresh food:

They need to do better with their customer service. This was a horrible experience. I will never be back.

First let me say this is the cleanest chipotle I’ve seen in a while- esp in the sandy springs area.
Went in on a Tuesday around 3pm- there was no line
Staff was friendly, food was the correct temperature so no complaints there
Only issue I do have Is headphones: it’s a slight pet peeve of mine to go somewhere and be served while someone is wearing headphones- I don’t get it.
I had to repeat my order a few times due to this…
Other than that it was great

I have been eating chicken burritos at Chipotle in Los Angeles for more years than I can count. Recently moved to ATL in December. My local Chipotle had normal chicken. In the Spring it started getting SPICEY, which I don’t like. Now, August 25, 2025 it was sooo SPICEY I could not eat it. I will be going to MOE’S in my neighborhood fr now on. FYI: I called Corporate to complain it has been getting too SPICEY and will be going to their competition in the future starting today. I told him that if somebody wants spicy on their burrito, they can just go to the beverage station and add some hot salsa on it.
