We came here for an employee good bye lunch. The hostess was very nice and took no time to get a large table set up without reservations. Our server was a different story. She initially started out strong, but couldn’t maintain. It wasn’t busy during our visit. She struggled with keeping drinks filled. I made a mistake when ordering and did get it fixed very quickly. But we asked several times for boxes and we were going to order dessert but again due to slow service decided to go elsewhere. The food quality and portion sizes itself has also gone down drastically. I felt I could have made better at home. I know this is not on the server, but not worth the prices we paid. I can see why I stopped coming here. The texas fries weren’t very hot and they had no spice. The chips and salsa are good when fresh. The spinach dip comes with guacamole which is an odd mixture.

Had the chicken sandwich with avocado and bacon and it was delicious! The chicken was a grilled chicken breast full of flavor. The street corn was awesome too!

My experience at this location was sub par at best. The waitress took a long time to do anything, get us our water, take our order, etc. I will say the fried pickles were the best I’ve had. I had 2 yummy cocktails as well. In the end, the waitress said there are 2 ghost kitchens running out of the same kitchen as chili’s. I guess that’s why our food took forever and the ribs were dry. Not the best experience.

For a place named Chili’s you’d expect the chili to be one of the menu’s highlights, but sadly it wasn’t. Extremely small bowl, not even totally filled, and no fresh condiments like chopped raw onion. However, I saw a bowl go by that looked filled to overflowing and piled high, so maybe it just depends who is doing the dishing out. The rib meal was very satisfying for my friend, who commented he was surprised at the full corn cob, tasty chicken, and quesadillas, and flavorful ribs. The fries weren’t bad either, and I liked the way things were served up in the metal containers and trays, but wish the to-go boxes for leftovers weren’t styrofoam, although the little soup container was a paper and plastic combo. Their tortilla chips are always light and fresh. I like the idea of a different Margarita each month, so I tried the holiday berry one with the plastic straw with a mustache on it, but do we really need plastic gimmicks in a world so full of plastic? Nope. Paper ones would be as much fun, so hopefully they can try a more conscientious supplier next time. Our server seemed very harried and when she brought the check she asked if I had a pen, so I went to open my purse and when I turned around she had taken away my plate that I was still eating from! Seriously, they need to slow down and pay more attention to the guests. The headphone wearing is a bad idea since while taking our order you could tell she was half-listening to the earphones too. This isn’t a fast food place, but a casual dining restaurant and we should be able to eat without feeling rushed. It’s not like people were lined up for seating.

Excellent! My husband and I went for lunch. He got the Cajun Pasta, which he loved, and I got Steak & Chicken Fijitas. It was absolutely delicious. We sat on the bar at a booth and it was nice and cozy for us. Our server, Lynn, was super nice and a great server. Overall, it was really great. Great spot and highly recommended!

Great way to spend a Saturday night! Our waitress, Tara, was very friendly and gave us amazing service. Our food tasted awesome and they even got all my non-dairy substitutions right – the first time! It was a plus that the game was on and we could watch it while we ate.
