A great experience, attentive staff (thank you Christian and Gabe for making this dinner special), and excellent food. I could see this place being a good environment for those corporate type dinners considering the amount of space available and drink selection. For that matter, on the other spectrum, it has some quieter spots for the anniversary couples. Highly recommend.

The drinks were watered down. I had 2 drinks. It felt like I drunk 2 glasses of water. Everything was over priced. Most people ordered chicken sandwich because it was the had a reasonable price. I ordered shrimp risotto but was highly disappointed. The shrimp still had the full shell, head, legs,tail etc. I’ve never seen a shrimp & risotto/grits type of dish served like this. I had to get my hands dirty from all the peeling. The risotto was getting cold while I peeled the shrimp. It was inconvenient.

Staying at the hotel and walked over to restaurant New Year’s Eve the wait was long so we decided to eat at the bar but order from the restaurant. Delicious! I had the pork chop and my husband the sea bass we’d definitely come back to eat her again. The wait staff was fabulous too!

We went to dinner here last night using the Travel Zoo promotion. The restaurant is gorgeous! Cozy yet open and spacious so you’re not in other tables conversations. The food was delicious! I had the chicken dish and it was moist and flavorful. My friend had the salmon and it was cooked to perfection!

So we went on Saturday night and majority of the seats were empty. I ordered the 16 oz ribeye medium rare and it was overcooked. The quality and taste of the steak was not good for the price we paid. It was chewy and bland and the sauce they put on there was weird. The service was unfortunately not up to standard as well. They put me and my wife right next to a table of 20 loud screaming woman for an hour about some wedding they were attending. We didn’t even get refills on water lol all in all it just killed our night and probably wont be back.

We enjoyed our dinner. The presentation was nice. Unfortunately the “medium rare +” filet I ordered was more like “medium well+.” It was barely pink in the middle. Not a huge deal but definitely took away from the experience. I’m sure they would have made another had I asked, but I didn’t. Scallops were excellent.

I had the distinct pleasure of getting lost in the beauty of The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch. The immaculate grounds and the food from Kitchen West Restaurant were reason enough to let go of reality for an afternoon. The wait staff at Kitchen West Restaurant were very attentive, the food was fantastic and the decor was elegant, with a southwest feel to it. Whether you are meeting for a business lunch, or dining out for a fabulous evening, Kitchen West is the place to be!

Excellent customer experience from Sarah. The level of customer service we received at Kitchen West was excellent. The recommendation for the grilled cheese & tomato soup lunch was absolutely fabulous! Your enthusiasm, kindness and sweet smile made our experience so enjoyable. You always greeted us with a smile and promptly took our drink orders.
