They were understaffed and basically only moving orders in the drive-thru. After waiting over 15 minutes for 12 nuggets and 2 biscuits, I asked for my money back. Had to deal with the counter girl’s attitude because I didn’t want to wait anymore. Received all kinds of excuses but no apology! Good thing we have better chicken places in Santee. So long KFC!!!

4 PC Chicken When I got home the chicken was old and nasty the meat was dry, and the breading was lumpy like it was triple dipped. I use to work for KFC so I know when the chicken is pass it time it should of been tossed. What we did to keep the food cost down we would only cook a what we would need for that hour and before the timer runs out a new batch is pulled up and old batch is out. I can see that this isn’t happening anymore do to the high cost ofFood, so now the quality of the food is out the door.

arrived around noon. food was hot and delicious. a restaurant employee actually came and greeted me! her name was annamarie. she then proceeded to clean all the tables and the drink station. wow, what service! excellent!
