The worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. I was only able to take a few bites before tossing in the garbage. So dry and flavorless. I couldn’t even cut it with a steak knife. Bun was stale. The fries were awful. The food at McDonald’s is better. Seriously. It also arrived late, cold and they forgot all the sauces (even the sauce that the chicken was supposed to be coated in). Looked literally nothing like the pictures. I cannot believe this is associated with David Chang.

Overpriced and horrible. Chicken tenders were dry. Fries were overcooked and way too crispy. There were only 5 fries in my order. Chicken sandwich was flat and ugly with flavorless slaw spilling out messily. This meal would maybe have been worth it if it was a few dollars at a convenience store. Our group of 5 people paid $80+ and were not satisfied at all. McDonald’s dollar menu chicken sandwich is tastier. I can’t believe David Chang associates his name with this food.

The food was delivered room temperature as the other reviews. I live about a mile from here so it’s not like the food travelled long distances to get here. I tried to salvage the food by using the air fryer. However the waffle fries are just stale and the chicken was dry. You can taste the habanero in the brine but sadly don’t expect anything juicy. The sauces are nothing to write home about. After watching David Chang’s show on Hulu I’m not sure why he put his name on this product, unless he’s trying to make a joke about ghost kitchens.

Chicken sandwich was ok (nothing special), but the rest of the meal was a joke. Paid $15 for Sandwhich, fries, and a drink. Received no drink, and literally like 5 fries. Amount of fries in pic is literally how much I received. This place is awful, really no reason to ever order from them, waste of money.

Overall the sandwiches were really good. Expensive for what you get – but good. The fries though were a joke. It’s what $3.50 and you get like 6 waffle fries – and they come in their own box.

Don’t bother with this place. It’s nothing like David’s other restaurants. I ordered both chicken sandwich meal options, sauces and drinks. I got a total of 4 waffle fries in each sleeves. The sandwiches were thrown together so poorly and squished down that I’ve seen better presentation from McDonalds. Ordered a coke and XXX Vitamin Water but received two cokes and a bottle water… ordered Fuku ranch but got Kens steakhouse buttermilk ranch and Sysco brand mustard and ketchup, which are trash quality condiments. The food got to me in less than 30 minutes but it somehow was still cold. Not enough msg in this meal to fix the disappointing experience.

The sandwich was decent even tho the order was messed up. Not as good as a standard chick fila sandwich. Nothing special. The chicken tenders are literally just like tenders from the frozen food section tossed in some weak sauce. The thing that got me most was i paid 4 DOLLARS for THE tiniest little packet of 5 waffle fries. Dont waste your time or your money.

Don’t believe the hype! These sandwiches are way over priced and look nothing like the advertisement pictures. I ordered through Uber eats. They forgot my fries and none of the sandwiches had pickles and the sauces I ordered. The chicken and bread was the quality of school cafeteria food. Just awful and the biggest waste of money I’ve ever thrown at food. Over $80 for 5 sandwiches! Chic fil A is 1000 times better! Never again here!
