Waited 30 mins for 2 nugget meals. No one came out to help us or the 3 ppl waiting in front of us for 10 mins. Manager was by herself, and back door propped open after dark. Food was hot and fresh, but it should have been after waiting for so long. Asked for my gravy on the side for my mashed with extra gravy. I was charged 3.99 for a side of gravy. I just wanted one extra scoop of gravy to go on to my mashed. Only asked for it on the side cuz I never get extra gravy when I ask for it on my taters. For as long as we waited I think extra gravy should’ve been free, for my inconvenience.

Definitely not $50 worth of food. We picked up a 16 piece chicken meal with 2 potatoes and 2 coleslaw…we didnt get 2 potatoes or 2 gravys and the coleslaw was pretty shady too. Wow pontiac KFC just wow. Waste of money on our end.

I placed an order for pick up and I was missing almost half of my order. I called and was told they would get it ready for me to pick up. I arrived and they couldn’t tell me how long it would be because they needed to catch up on other orders. I finally received my whole order 56 minutes after my original pick up time. I was not offered a refund or anything in compensation for my time and their screw up. I didn’t even get an apology. They do not care.

Found KFC rather easily on our road trip and it was promising since it was a new building (which interprets cleanliness to me). We were deciding what to order, when we asked if we could take the chairs off the table to sit in. We were told they do not allow dine in. The big sign on the front window needs to be removed. Decided to leave because it would be messy for 4 kids to eat in the car.

Extremely slow service. Came in at 530 and ordered, received food at 620. Order was incorrect and missing a meal, after another 15 min we finally received all our food. Quality of food was okay but there was very obvious issue with the staff. Lots of yelling and blaming loud enough for customers to hear causing a weird and uncomfortable atmosphere while waiting. Seemed thay 1 or 2 people were doing all the work while the rest watched and argued. Hopefully able to work out staffing and training to avoid future issues.

Went in was waited on quickly for given reasonably quick. Took food home went to feed family to discover chicken overcooked on outside red on inside. A leg even had black burn mark like it sat on a burner. Biscuits were hard as rocks, tired to warm to have turn to rubber have never been so disappointed. Will not be going back
