Amazing pizza, especially with extra sauce and the original garlic crust. It’s a small location with not a lot of workers, so don’t order delivery if it’s, say, the middle of a snowstorm or if the wait says over an hour. That means they’re getting more orders than they can handle, and they can’t get to them all very reliably, which makes sense. This is maybe a couple times a year. However, on every regular day, they’re amazing and very reliable and will have good pizza with incredibly seasoned crust and not light on toppings like some other Dominos. It’s my favorite spot to order from.

Horrible service. My order was not correct and missing items I paid for. I called several times to have items delivered that were missing. I spoke to someone who said they would fix the mistake. They NEVER FIXED THE MISTAKE . I will never order from the North Adams Dominos AGAIN!

My fiancé and I ordered the Handmade pan pizza and when we opened the box it looked amazing but when we went to eat it we quickly realized that the topping were cooked but the dough itself was not. There was a thin layer of crust on the bottom and the rest was still dough almost as if it had not been cooked at all. Spent 50 dollars to not be able to eat and enjoy it. The photo is not cheese. That is the uncooked dough that my fiancé and I ate. Thanks dominos.

I pre-ordered 12 pizzas and the service was friendly and quality was great. The pizzas were ready on time, all accurately pre-prepared, and the pizzas were all good.

Do NOT recommend ANTHONY the driver sat outside my house for almost 10 minutes after a delivery. Then he added $7 to his tip for himself and had his manager/floor lead lie for him saying someone called and said to add the tip which was a LIE shameful managers and drivers

Great price, $ 6.99 for the large 2 topping pizza. With that , the pizza was very dry. No sauce, scant toppings, dry mozzarella, very little of it. No flavor. Overdone. Basically a pizza crust overdone! Very disappointed. I’ll put that $ 6.99 towards a different pizza place. Spend more but get an actual pizza that is enjoyable to eat.

I haven’t had a Domino’s Pizza in years because I buy gourmet pizza. Today, I purchased two large Domino’s Pizza’s and they were delicious. The sauce was perfect, the crust was light and tasty, the toppings were delicious, and the price was an excellent deal. The young crew provided professional customer service in a very clean establishment. Keep up the great work!
