Arrived 20 minutes before closing on a Friday. They ran out/didn’t want to make more of the tenders and coleslaw. The employees were nice and apologetic and replaced the missing items with comparable sides but there were 4 cars behind us so they would have been better off making another batch.

Food was extremely hot this time. The other times we have gone it has been not very good. The manager there didn’t have any tenders done for what we ordered and he told us that it would be 3 minutes and he would like to give us another side for the wait. Very considerate about us having to wait and making sure that we were happy.

For the second time in a row, our food was terrible. The chicken and biscuits were stale and dry, hard to chew so clearly they aren’t putting up fresh food and using old food.

I don’t have any complaints about the food. It is consistent incompetence of the workers. Today I ordered two chicken box meals. Arrived home to find missing one of two boxes of nuggets and fries and no dipping sauce. One sandwich was two tops for the buns the other two bottoms.

I don’t live to far but EVERY time I order from here they NEVER give me my other side of Mac n cheese or fries. My kids were super upset. This has happened more then a couple times. And the Mac n cheese has been burnt . Like who just gives burnt Mac n cheese

I loved coming here, but it seems to be getting worse everytime I go. I spent $65 here the other day and the only thing fresh was the chicken sandwiches and the tenders. My bucket of chicken had old refried stale chicken that none ate. It’s not the first time either. It’s like they don’t care about the customer anymore.

I went in restaurant and paid $27.13 for 8pc meal deal. The guy taking my order was super nice and helpful. Some girl came to counter and pushed bag toward me and said something about my order. I said “oh that was quick”. I drove 21 miles home and found they didn’t pack the 4 biscuits, butter or honey. I called and Michael said he’d write my name down to come back and get our 4 biscuits, I said I can’t come til next week. That’s a long way to drive for 4 biscuits. My family was angry–NO biscuits! My husband called back and spoke w/Michael. Claimed he was the fill in manager. My husband told him if he had to drive all the way back he should atleast give us a meal. Michael said: THAT AIN”T GONNA HAPPEN!” and HUNG UP on my husband! Wow! That was so RUDE! Michael should not be working in customer service. I will tell everybody I know. I will not be spending $8.00 in gas to go back to get biscuits I already paid for!!!

Worse customer serive in my life! The Supervisor/Manager (Ken) is extremely rude. I asked why is he trying to escalate the situation. He just rolled his eyes and sad if you wanna escalate it then I don’t gotta talk to you!!! And left me standing there confused.. a young man named Joel felt bad and came over to help me and apologized. He had only placed an order once before so he had a lil trouble, but the fact that he went out of his way to help me when he didn’t have to, show’s what a good person and worker he is. He should be the one in charge. Not the Clown Ken that you guys made the Supervisor. // Location in Jenison on Chicago Dr. // I will also be writing corporate and leaving a comment on every platform I can so you guys hopefully do something and dont just brush it under the rug. Me and my kids did not have to go through all that just because that clown was having a power trip.

2nd day in a row I tried to get food. Both times they are “out of everything”. Zero food available last night, tonight you can eat sides only, again no chicken. Also no staff. Yesterday 1 single person. Franchisees will need to pay people a living wage otherwise they might as well close down. I won’t go back a 3rd time.
