Some of the best tacos I’ve had in Milwaukee! It’s a permanent food truck outside of Boone and Crockett. The views are amazing of the river, you even get a great view of the Hoen Bridge. The pork taco was great, but definitely needed to add salsa. I highly recommend the mushroom taco. The double shell is definitely needed for how stuffed they are!

The tacos and the queso were phenomenal. Got the sautéed mushroom taco and the beef taco. The flavors were excellent. The setting in the courtyard next to the river is really nice and the trash can fire was awesome

Alright, listen…. This place is weird in a good way. The fries and dip are fricken amazing, seriously something special. I had the roasted chicken thigh burrito and my only complaint is I didn’t bring the appetite necessary to absolutely take down this unit of an intensely flavor packed artillery sized morsel of deliciousness. total package was amazing and priced graciously for the amount of food.

Great spot! I got the queso and a grilled corn cup— they both were phenomenal! The tortilla chips were nicely seasoned— even slightly sweetened— and crisp to perfection. Will definitely be back to try the tacos.

We got tacos right before getting on the boat and this place couldn’t have been at a better location. Quick and excellent service. Tacos were delicious, a little pricey but it’s a taco truck, definitely worth it.

UPDATE: I’ve been enjoying food from Taco Moto for 3-5 years and they are always tasty. Today, I tried their breakfast burrito. Wow! Outrageous!! The best breakfast burrito I’ve ever eaten, ever. This burrito is life-sized. Either have a huge appetite or share it with a friend. They don’t cut any corners with quality ingredients.

Their chips and queso are mind-blowing! The guacamole in the queso is a little different, but the queso is creamy and smooth. It is not spicy! The salsa is unique; it is fruity (I couldn’t determine what type of fruit it is). It isn’t spicy. It isn’t cilantro-y. It isn’t tomato-y. I would recommend the queso over the salsa. I had the Dr. Pepper pork taco and the chicken thigh taco. The Dr. Pepper pork taco is where it’s at! The meat was flavorful. The toppings were good too! I loved the radish, pickles and cilantro. I had the chicken thigh taco as well. I don’t think the chicken had flavor. It was moist, but it didn’t taste like much. I enjoyed the feta cheese and sweet peppers on top. I will definitely be back!

Everything from here rules, Dr. Pepper Pork and Mushroom tacos are especially good, and whatever Mitch cooks up for a breaky burrito is sure to knock your socks off. Run don’t walk people.

Taco Moto has the best tacos in town. The thing about this is the competition is stiff! Especially with Milwaukee restaurants like Bel Air, Vagabond and Blue Bat. Not too mention all the taco trucks randomly scattered throughout the city. I love going to this place. The fried oyster taco and the Dr. Pepper pork were enough to make you say OOH and AAH. Not too mention the 4.00 Queso that in my opinion is the best bang for your buck appetizer you can get. You gotta try it!
