This is what $25 gets you. A handful of chips (get more in a bag of lays chips lol), a burrito with fatty and extra chewy steak, a queso dip, and a drink; and it wasn’t even good. There were 5 people working, only 1 was serving food to each customer at a time (btw was doing a good job) but very slow process while everyone else just watched her. I was 3rd in line and I waited 15 minutes before I was served, I was very kind and smiled and even gave a tip. Regretted it once I opened my bag to eat my food.
Will not be coming back, overall not a good experience and a big waste of money on food that didn’t taste good. I recommend you go across the street to Moe’s…

For the 3rd time that location has sold me bowl that is filled with rice that is so crunchy that you have to throw away the entire bowl. When they change the pan for the rice, they keep scraping off the nasty burnt, dried out crunchy rice that you can’t eat. I have personally complained about the same experience multiple times. It is sad to see how the food quality and service is so different in other locations. Management must address this issue, train employees better. As of now, I probably will not spend any money on this specific location.

Horrible service. Very slow. No one wants to be there, no one is doing their jobs. I’ve never seen so many people standing around doing nothing, when there is literally a line of 10 people. Food was cold… waited for toppings and guacamole for over 15 minutes, meanwhile the food is literally chilling. The stations were a mess, and cheese was everywhere. As someone who is deathly allergic to dairy, this was a nightmare—and chipotle is one of the only places I can eat. They didn’t want to accommodate, and the woman serving me was very mad about having to do her job. Every other chipotle in the past has never given me any issue or complaint—nor has it ever taken them nearly 30 minutes to give me my meal. Everyone here needs to be fired. Never coming back, and I’m going to corporate.

Wife and I went to lunch yesterday around 1:20ish, we were excited because we don’t often eat out. We have never tried chipotle before, Hurd nothing but good things. But unfortunately,
I didn’t eat it all so I took it to go, I sat down to eat it today, and found a fingernail, like a long acrylic nail in the rice. I can positively say, we want be trusting this company any time soon, nor will our family and friends. And it’s sad because, it seemed to be a great spot. Hope the health department does a better job of protecting the community!
Unfortunately, I didn’t get a picture of the Fingernail, before my wife tossed it in the trash.
*Edited to say, we called the location, just to be hung up on twice, and once a girl said to call corporate or come in and talk to her personally that she don’t want to be bothered, that there wasn’t nothing she could do, since we didn’t find it while in the store!

Yikes how this location has gone down hill. It use to be good but the last 3 time have been extremely disappointing. Rice has always been hard. ..no flavor …sloppily made. I ordered the red chimmichuri sauce and paid for it thru the app…I was told upon arrival they dont carry it anymore…with no solution. I asked can I get a side of guac instead and was met with “it was only a dollar” a dollar that I paid out of my pocket. I ended up getting the guacamole but still the response was terrible

The day crew was so very helpful in tending to my children’s allergies. They changed gloves, rechecked everything, and cleaned countertop surfaces. Thank you for going the extra mile and for having great personalities! Dont ever change!

We went here 11-8-25 at 8:35pm. They had no grilled vegetables so i asked if they were going to cook more and they said no so we left. This place doesn’t close until 11 and they were already done cooking vegetables for the night at 8:30. This is not the 1st time this has happened either.

I haven’t been to this location in years…decided to come in today worst mistake ever. I had new employee Aftrician America w/glaases the way this lady was shaking the spoon on me was crazy. Too lazy to just go get more chicken she gave me half the size they usually give and had the nerve to catch attitude because i asjed for more. Chicken was dry, a few pieces of pico,vinaigrette tasted spoiled. This location just as bad as Airport it’s sad I have to go to the Daphne location for good customer service and fresh food.

This location needs new management. I love chipotle as a brand but my last 3 experiences here have been terrible. Food looks and tastes disgusting and they are always out of ingredients. Employees always playing around and store not clean. Please get new management.
