both times that I’ve gone to this place have been a bad experience. The food is not well cooked. It’s either undercooked or burnt like this sandwich right here. The fries are literally undercooked. My next steps is the health department. This is unacceptable. Just got people in there fooling around instead of taking, the preparation of peoples food seriously I work in the food industry. This type of stuff could get a restaurant in trouble.

1st and last time ordering here. Ordered a sandwich with no Mayo and no mustard and they added it to the sandwich. The fries were too burnt to eat and no condiments were included in the order. They got 1 star because they the grilled cheese right.

We’ve been ordering from here for years and really enjoyed it for a while, but I think this was the last time because every time we give it another chance the order is wrong. Today I got a regular sliced bread sandwich instead of a wrap that I ordered, and they put cheese on it despite no cheese being requested. Plus the cheese was poor quality. So this definitely isn’t a one time problem. I know Covid disrupted a lot of service but this place has been consistently bad over the last year. Sorry to let you go but it’s time.

You should be ashamed…called in an order for lunch “subs” ( BTW…no such thing in Jersey…they are “Subs”)…that was my first clue and mistake…knew this was going to be a disaster! Was very specific about details (turkey and provolone, tomato, lettuce hero/sub)…we got one slice lettuce, one slice tomato, one slice provolone and no turkey! Thanks a lot. You are a disgrace.

One of the best porkroll egg and cheese sandwiches you can get ANYWHERE in NJ. Trust me. My office orders food just about everyday and when it comes to ordering from Joes, we all look forward to it. The pricing is super fair and the portions are massive! We will continue to order from here forever!

I’m not usually one to leave reviews at all but if I could leave zero stars I would. I doordashed this meal so did not see it until it arrived to my job. Bagels were thick and super doughy, they did not taste home made. I also bought a piece of crumb cake that I was super excited to try ONLY to find a A LITERAL FLY BAKED INTO THE PIECE IF CAKE right on top. How was this not noticed???? I spotted it through the wrapping too. Don’t even want to imagine how many other bugs are cooked into their food
