Go early if you can for a better experience. They are afraid at night and you have to use the drive thru. The delicious treats are good, over priced but still good. All the greedy pigs will wait for hours at that dysfunctional drive thru with slow motion service

Very poor customer service. The person taking the order was the opposite of friendly and put pecans instead of peanuts (which were requested) on my sundae. I walked in with my 6 lb puppy and after ordering and paying I was notified that they would bring my order out to the car and to wait outside, without any explanation. So I replied we would like to eat inside and he said no pets were allowed. Had I known this before paying, I would have gone elsewhere. When I complained (while waiting outside to the person who brought the food), she could have cared less. WORST Dairy Queen I have ever been to. zero stars if that were an option.

we go here often and are never disappointed. We take the grand-kids there and they get to be themselves. The ice cream, blizzards and sundaes are always perfect. Thanks for having yummy desserts such a treat. They are super friendly and patient when someone isn’t sure what they want right away.

I was not very pleased with my visit at this location. My coworkers and I decided to to go to this Orange Julius/Dairy Queen and get a cold Orange Julius as it has been a while. So we went in and were going to order 3 of them while I went to the restroom. The machine was down so no luck there and once I came out the lady at the register who had no one in line and was doing absolutely nothing proceeds to tell me I’m not to use the bathroom because I didn’t order anything and mentioned something about public ordinance. I wanted a large OJ but your machine was down and also my coworkers ordered food so why would you feel the need to tell us workers we can’t use the restroom when no one else is in the store?. Most of the Dairy Queen menu also was not available. I feel this lady didn’t not have enough to do and needs more training in common courtesy. If your machine was working I would have enjoyed a large Orange Julius however I will not be making this location my stop for lunch or after work fast food and I won’t recommend it to my coworkers either. After the visit my friend got really nauseous, he said he had the Moolate and pretzel sticks. Maybe I ended up being the lucky one. I posted pics of the discarded pretzel sticks for you to examine.

Poor service. I placed an order, waited more than 5 mins for my order. Turns out they didn’t get to it until I had to mention it. They served customers that walked in after I did. The mocha latte drink I ordered was watery, they definitely did not take their time with my order specifically.

Love ❤️ This Place. They always give excellent customer service. Went Here for my daughter’s Birthday Cake and The Young Girl Did An Awesome Job Drawing Out A Baby Yoda. Especailly For The 1st Time Ever!! Just So Happens That The Owner Lady Was There And Got To Tell Her That The Man That Works There Gives The BEST Service That’s Why We Drive Across Town Is Because Of Him. Turns Out He’s Her Husband. LOVE THAT!! ❤️❤️

This was our family’s first visit in a out 5 years, this also was the first fast food restaurant we’ve been to that actually had our food ready upon arrival (online order) although they didn’t have one item that we ordered( grilled chicken sandwich) they quickly apologized and offered the fried one. Fries were hot and delicious and the kids really enjoyed their meal. It was a easy and fast dinner and we well definitely be back due to quality and convenience.

This was the worst service I have ever had in my life. The man that worked there was very rude. I was helping my son pick out an ice cream flavor and he straight up told me to move so he can help the lady behind us. Instead of helping us pick a good flavor he told me to move! I love Dairy Queen but I will NEVER step foot in this branch again! HORRIBLE SERVICE.
