Not the best Jimmy John’s in the world but they do a fairly decent job. Orders are always accurate. Most of the time they are quick with the orders but I have had some slower orders.

I’ve watched this location close early with an elderly person at the door. Honestly just refusing her service within serving hours. She knocked on the door and they just stood there and ignored her. Because of that I will never buy anything or order anything from this location ever again. It was just wrong the way it was handled.

So much for freaky fast. Placed an order on line it said ready in 10. I sat in the store for 20 minutes so 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. All the guy behind the counter said is my bad. Never again.3 people working all they were doing is talking and ignoring customers.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I went in with my daughter to get sandwiches. There was one customer who was having his order made. It took the employee over 8 minutes to complete the first sandwich and make a second sandwich, a slim. After completing the customer’s order, he proceeded to pull out his cell phone and send messages. He never even acknowledged we were in the store, even though there’s no way he didnt hear my 6 year old practicing karate moves on me. I’ve worked at another jimmy John’s location, so I know you are trained to acknwledge every customer as they enter.This was complete laziness, disrespectful, and incompetence by the employee. This experience left a horrible stain on the store for me.

I wanted to give a shout out to the team at Jimmy John’s. The Zion location really came through for our girls. I called 4 other stores and none of them would make the sandwiches for us in time. They didn’t even hesitate for a moment. I know Jimmy John’s is freaky fast but you need to add “Freaky Awesome” to the team at the Zion location.

The last 5 of my orders (delivery), have had issues where I am missing items I paid for. When I call in, I am told I will be receiving a credit but never get it. For the price and tip I pay I expect at least to get my orders right. With Subway now available for delivery I will be trying them instead. Too bad, because you guys are quick and polite about it all.

Needed to place an order for a meeting that was going to be in about a day and a half. Placed the order online easily, got a call the day of the order because I made a mistake in the order and they wanted to fix it, the food was delivered 5 minutes earlier than the window they gave. Everything came exactly as ordered and the food was well made. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Ordered online for contact free delivery. It was well after their “lunchtime rush” when I placed the order, so when it had been almost an hour and still no sandwiches or updates, I called the store. A woman answered and when I started to explain I placed an order online over an hour ago now at this point, she cuts me off says hold on. I hear her in the background saying did you go to this address?! to a Male employee who kept replying no and a few mumbled words. Then after hearing the woman employee state that my order had been placed over 45min ago, she then quickly comes back to the phone and says in a rushed rude manner, yes that order left already and hung up on me. When the order did arrive(12min after we hung up) it was not correct. Since adding extra meat or cheese costs money and we paid for it for 2 sandwiches, opening them to realize they charged us but didnt add it was disappointing to say the least. All 4 sandwiches had something not correct according to the order (ie no tomato or add add cheese) simple customizations. Glad I “saved” 20% to only end up at the end saving about $1.03, which turns out I didnt save because that’s still less than adding cheese to your sandwich that we didnt even get! Will NOT waste my money or time ordering from here ever again. Theres too many options out there now to go to with customer service like from just one of them. And it’s sad too because we’ve ordered from here numerous times and never had to wait over an hour or had any other major issues.
