I placed an online order. Wanted to try the new gyro pita sandwich which had no meat & was so small for the price. Also placed 2 additional sandwiches and there was one slice of meat on the sandwiches, little to no lettuce. I paid $40 for 4 sandwiches, no drinks no chips. Should have just went else where. Left a bad after taste. Never had a problem with this location in the past. Very disappointing

I ordered a regular size sandwich, Italian Night Club. I saw the signs, “add chips and a drink for $1.00″, so i added chips and a drink. The manager took 5 minutes on the register and came out with totals of $20.00 plus! She said they made it too hard to give me the 1.00 deal add on! She said she was the manager, General Manager and had never met the owner in 10 years. She had her employee take down the large poster on the window and the sign near the register that advertised the chips and drink for a $1.00 add-on ! I was flabbergasted. She sent bad vibes throughout the restaurant. Lastly, as I was eating at the table on Monday at 11 a.m. 2-23-2026, she said to an employee ” I won’t write you up” just say this about Saturday. That is a private manager to employee conversation, I felt the power play on this poor employee from her manager. As a customer I will never visit Jimmy John’s in Zion again. I felt bad for this employee who i believe is getting mistreated by her manager.

I ordered an Italian Night Club, no lettuce, no mayo, and hot peppers. The picture is what I received. I’m so busy at work I didn’t have a chance to eat for lunch so saved for dinner. I know we’re all crazy busy nowadays . I love the sandwich I ordered, but I’m not eating this. Please do better.

Never had this issue before, but the ink is coming off the paper the sandwiches are wrapped in. The ink was all over my sandwich as I unwrapped it. Probably not something great to ingest but I’m no doctor ♀️

Every-time I’ve come in here recently it’s been different people working. Generally speaking only two people there gave me less than stellar customer service. Everyone I’ve interacted with there made the sandwich I order the exact same way so they are definitely consistent. I’m leaving this review because one of the workers assaulted me with good conversation about working on cars. Whoever that dude is should get a raise. Believe it or not people want to come back to your business when you are polite to them!

Worst customer service. I have a handicap plate and parked in spot. Manager was more concerned about how I parked because I was slightly on the line so when I open my door I didn’t hit vehicle next to me. I was refused service unless I moved car. I already prepaid online so I moved my car and my order was still in correct. Caller store to speak to a manager and was told he doesn’t have to give his name. I will never spend money here

By far worst service I’ve seen at a Jimmy John’s location. Was ignored by the employee for the first four minutes I was in there just to be met with rudeness. Seemed irritated that I had come in to buy a sandwich. Then on top of that the sandwich had no flavor and was super soggy. I’d recommend finding another Jimmy John’s or sandwich shop if you want a sandwich in a timely fashion and decent customer service.

I was in JimmyvJohn. I ordered a sandwich without Mayo. Because I’m allergic to it. The guy making the sandwich put it on anyway. I ain’t some of the sandwich. I went back and said something. For two years, we have been having this location delivered to us in Zion just today. They decide to tell us that they will no longer be delivering to us that it was a mistake for the past two years that they were delivering to us. This is a shop that’s in zion that should be delivering to Zion ,Told us that they do not deliver past Lewis when we are probably not even 100 feet from Lewis Avenue definitely will not be given our business to the shop again
