Absolutely horrible. Made my order at 1015am for a 12pm delivery. Called at 1215 to see where my order is. The lady who answered said it was out for delivery… come 1230 she apologized for being “slammed” when I called back and he was on his way. Had to cancel my order @ 1245 because he still wasn’t here…. Fyi if u ordering for lunch don’t order for here! Wish I would have read previous reviews abt this issue., now I have to go thru the entire day with no lunch to even take my meds with.. thanks Jimmy

I walked in I was wearing an Army Veteran hat the gentleman at counter noticed the hat thanked me for my service and gave me a 20% discount. With the cost of everything rising I don’t know how they can afford to give such a large discount. I can’t thank them for taking care of the Veterans. God Bless.

My family loves JJs, and we get it quite often. Going in and ordering at this location is okay, but getting delivery is freaky slow! On two occasions it has taken over a hour and I’ve actually had to call the store to find out if we will get our food. If you can’t get 3 sandwiches to a house in under a hour you probably shouldn’t offer delivery. Just got our food after 1 hour and 15 minutes and the bread is practically burnt! Definitely does not live up to JJs in Charleston, IL!

I ordered curbside pickup from the app and after ten minuets I called to ask how much longer and then when the worker came out he was really really mean. when the guy got to my car he said next time wait 5-10 minuets before you call and glared at me, scoffing when I took my food. I said I was sorry but then I checked my emails and it had been 10 minuets since I had ordered. He was so so rude and I just felt bad. They had my food made and everything but they just didn’t bother to bring it out… even on the phone they were so rude interrupting me and hanging up on me… I will never go to this location again.

I ordered my meal at 12:09 on a Sunday. I had to call the store back after waiting an hour and 20 mins to ask where my order was. They girl who answered the phone stated that they had just got slammed “an hour later” and one of delivery drivers had 7 orders he was taking. My concern arose quickly at this moment. There’s 7 orders that contain meat on them, been setting waiting to be delivered for over and hour. This is a huge red flag for bacteria growth. I mentioned this to the manager (whom I was already speaking with) and her response was “yes, I’m aware of that” canceled my order as I really do not want to be sick today. Then, I also have to wait 3-5 Haines days for my refund (that they can’t provide a confirmation number for) good job Jimmy Johns ♀️

Not freaky fast today. Pre-ordered the day before for a 12:15 pm delivery because of the tight schedule of our activity. It arrived 1:09 pm. Messed up our schedule for the day.
