A holiday requirement! A honeybaked ham is the best! Depending on how many people we get for the holidays, a bone-in quarter ham or a half boneless ham is a must.
We have been getting our holiday hams here for over a decade. They do a fantastic job of managing the pick up during the holidays. In addition, always great to pick up their barbecue baby back ribs. Surprisingly they are outstanding. Great sides includes their double cheddar macaroni and cheese and green bean casserole. A jar of their Hickory honey mustard is a must. Goes great on the leftovers. You can also pick up desserts which include the apple caramel walnut pie, and the triple chocolate cake. We have had both and they are outstanding.
I cannot stress how important it is during the holidays to place a reservation. Do it early and try to avoid the pick up days closest to the holidays. I always get mine a day or two before the busiest times, because they store so well in the fridge.
I have yet to just stop by here for lunch, but I really should. Until then, I will continue my yearly pilgrimage to this location. Enjoy!

I pre-ordered my Christmas ham a week in advance, yet when I arrived for pickup today (12/23), I was told my size wasn’t available. Instead of offering a larger size, they simply gave me a smaller ham and a refund for the difference.
What is the point of a pre-order if the inventory isn’t secured? No one contacted me beforehand, and now I have to go to the grocery store two days before Christmas to buy more meat. If I had known they couldn’t fulfill my order, I would have just shopped elsewhere to begin with.

Thanksgiving turkey and ham combo was well worth it. The price was a little high but you pay for perfection so im not complaining. I purchase this combo every year and its always a winner.

Went for lunch after my MVA appointment. Had the Honey Baked Ham sandwich, which was tasty with a good balance of flavor between the ham and a hint of sweet honey sauce. The place was well renovated and larger than what I pictured it to be based on existing review photos.

I took advantage of the buy online pickup in store option. I’ve done this in VA and FL stores because it promises a speedy and efficient pickup process. Upon arriving at my pickup window I was told the store isn’t offering the ability to buy online and pickup. All orders, regardless of placed in advance or not, were in the same line. An inefficient and misleading process. What had taken me 10 minutes in previous years took over 50 minutes. Had I known this, I wouldn’t have visited this location. This is deceiving and no doubt intentional by the location to avoid advertising this in advance because no one would wait in line for an hour for a ham. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be ordering here in the future. To anyone reading this, save yourself the hassle and go literally anywhere else, or accept the fact that you’ll be waiting excessively long.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received from this company this last holiday season. Honey baked ham has been a staple in our household for the last 10 years. Over the years we’ve picked up on tips and tricks to ensure we have a smooth experience.
This year was by far the worst experience and I will not be ordering from the company again. I specifically picked up at the Gaithersburg, MD location.
Knowing how busy this location gets during the holidays we ordered and prepaid a month in advance and set up a pick date and time for Wednesday 11/27 at 10am.
I took my lunch break early and anticipated waiting about 15 minutes (max) to pick up my pre order.
When I arrived at the location the line was out the door. There were no signs for pre orders and I couldn’t imagine customers who prepaid and pre ordered would have to wait in a line just to enter the facility.
When I opened the door to see if there were any signs for pre orders the employee working the door yelled at me to get in line. I asked her if I needed to wait in line if I pre ordered she said yes, everyone has to wait in line.
I then proceeded to wait 30 minutes to be let inside. Once inside there was another line I waited in to pick up my order. This took 20 minutes.
By the time I got to the cashier, they were out of the size I ordered and asked if I was okay with a larger ham. I said yes, if that’s all they had.
I thanked them and left. Today I checked my credit card statement and they charged me an extra $30 for the ham. Had I known they would have charged me extra I would have not agreed to it. They had my credit card on file from the pre order and I never consented to the up charge.
This is predatory behavior and I will not be bringing my business back to this company. I am extremely disappointed.

Great hams! The lines at Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter prove how good this food is! The proprietor is awesome! It is also a great place to enjoy a sandwich lunch after the holidays….tasty ham sandwiches. The location in the shopping center is easy for entry, easy for parking and easy to get in the store, plus close to I-370.

Almost forgot that this location was still here in Gaithersburg Maryland….MY absolute FAVORITE dinner is Honey Baked Ham. Today I opted to try the ham salad sandwich….IT was fantastic! The multigrain bread made it! I wanted to buy ham salad to go for our super bowl party but we only have the two of us and you only sell it by the pound… wish you sold it by the half pound. Oh well. Will share with all my friends a reminder to visit here for GREAT FOOD other than just on holidays. EXCELLENT selection and top notch service!!!
