They disappoint every time and it’s always this location because why did I order a regular sandwich and half is missing meat. No wonder the reviews are at 3 stars. They are terrible and then look at you crazy when you bring it back because this definitely isn’t what I paid for. Straight trash!!!!!!!!

Went in to order a gift card. Walked in and the employee named Brody say me and walked away on his phone. Lady making the sandwich asked him to ring me out and he said ya and was still on his phone. She was walking him through the process which is no big deal. So I was getting ready to pay and he was still on Snapchat just standing there. After he realized that he had to hit done the receipt printed and he walked away. Didn’t hand me the receipt or say bye or anything. Always gone to the other Jimmy John’s in crown point and after this I will make sure to.

Ordered a veggie got home, and there was added turkey on it. I was very disappointed, and the taste was off, like it wasn’t really fresh, more like day old. Was a last-minute idea, but I’d rather go to Jersey Mike’s.

Got to chatting with the manager there, she hasn’t worked there as long as I thought but she was a nice lady. They didn’t seem to upset about us coming in at the end of the night. In terms of price it was about what you would expect nowadays. 20$ for 2 people. Not great, not horrible.

I typically don’t get a bad sandwich at a Jimmy Johns. This restaurant was closed for a while, and has been back open for a year or so. The main reason I like Jimmy Johns is for the bread, it’s the closest to baguettes street vendors use in Paris to make sandwiches. We got a couple of sandwiches here a few days ago and the bread was horribly stale, I dint know if they overordered or don’t have the business to keep fresh rotated in, but worst sammich I’ve ever had at a JJ.

Always order from this location, the food is good and the delivery is fast. Had a little mishap with my last order and the manager went above and beyond to remedy the situation quickly.

Okay first off guy at the speaker was nice, and very nice at the window. I ordered a Club Lulu specifically asked if it comes with tomatoes. He said yes, then listed everything on the sandwich. Okay awesome no tomatoes please. He said do you want cheese? Yes sure.
Skip to when I get 20 minutes from the store home. I open my sandwich to find tomatoes and no cheese????
What was the point of that whole discussion?

If your wondering why this business has a 3.5 star rating read mine as well as other reviews about the SAME PROBLEM. I called in a one sandwich order approximately about 5:30pm on July 30th, 2021. It then becomes to be 6:10pm and I give them a call. For a 10 minute drive tops I was confused. So while on the call I expected an apology but got everything else but that. I was not only told I called at an inconvenient time but that there is no idea on a time when my food will be delivered to me. This is insane. If an establishment can’t provide services following their marketing tactic (Freaky Fast) then don’t promote it. There is only one delivery driver so there’s some sympathy for her there but not for the business. It’s now 7:00pm and my food just arrived. For an hour and a half wait for 2 things isn’t worth it. Especially considering things like 30 minute breaks and people on schedules. Not professional and not a customer keeper . They should warn you before placing an order and let you know but instead they also said I missed the driver and that I have to wait for her to make her rounds. So there’s definitely some things that they need to fix.

On Tuesday, Dec. 6th I stopped in this Jimmy Johns location and was greeted by the General Manager. She was very friendly and helped me navigate the menu because I wanted to try something new. I ate my sandwich in store and she was a true team leader. I asked a driver how long she’s been running the show and he said only 2 weeks and I couldn’t believe it! Back in the day this Jimmy John’s location was BAD. I am so happy this new General Manager is turning things around. My team and I will be coming to this location from here on out.
