I decided again today to give jimmy john’s one more chance Because I truly love their bread and quality of lunchmeat. This today however was scimpiest almost $9 sub. I have ever seen in my life.. The onions I ordered were not included on the sub and forgotten…. And I think I might have gotten too small slices of lunch meat at best. I am ONLY rating two stars because the bread is fantastic…..but the sub as a whole deserves 1 star ! unfortunately this is the last time I will be ordering and forever.

As a military family we hold integrity high, so to be told we may be lying about a sandwich which other people are the restaurant know they made a mistake about really upset me. I told the gentleman Nick taking order that I was vegan. Instead of saying he didn’t know what that was, he pretended that he did and proceeded to tell me what is ok on my order. I then told the people making my sandwich that I was vegan and could they change their gloves to not cross contaminate. While standing I heard one man question the other about putting something on my sandwich because I said I was vegan. The other guy said it will be fine. Now I realized after talking to the senior manager that the guy had caught that the guy put Mayo on my sandwich which I can’t eat and they chose to serve it anyway and not admit to it. We were traveling home and I didn’t eat right away so we were about 15 miles away when I opened it and found the Mayo. I called the store and was told the manager wasn’t in. Then another guy Nick got on the phone who turned out to be the cashier and manager in training and started he was rude and started blaming me for them making the mistake on my sandwich. Which was not factual cause I had spoken to him when ordering and irrelevant because when they realized they made a mistake they should have fixed it. He was very rude and said no to all of my reasonable requests that I made to resolve. Turns out Nick didn’t know what Vegan was and didn’t want to admit it so didn’t catch the error himself and tried to blame me out of his arrogance. He admitted that they caught the error midway through and never apologized for them not stopping to make a new one I could eat. He Even said I had to turn around drive all the way back and return that sandwich as proof. I did a survey that I received and a Sr manager called me back. He was actually there but no one wanted to bother him. He said he heard the crew talking about my messed up sandwich after I left. He apologized and said he would try to get permission to send me a gift card as I had paid cash. I never heard from him again. Adding insult to injury.

Placed an order online. When I arrived, the 3 person crew was taking a selfie in the front of the store. They apologized and said they’d get my order started. To top it off, they forgot my drink and chips, and the sandwiches were a mess. Ridiculously poor level of service for a Jimmy John’s.

Jimmy John’s has killer sandwiches no doubt. This particular location has everyone make a purchase 1st to gain access to a keycode to use the restroom. Vagrants and city planned events must inundate their restrooms with out any profit. Smart business practice, but if needing to use restroom 1st,u r guilty by association.

The sandwiches were sloppy made. Luckily my son isn’t allergic to tomatoes. I asked for them not to be on the sub and it still came with tomatoes on it. My son had to use the restroom but a homeless man walked in and stayed inside the restroom whole time we were there. The manager and a guest got into a argument causing a family that was waiting for service to walk out, about a family of 10. I don’t know what changed but this location is slowly peddling down hill. I won’t be returning to this Jimmy John’s.

Placed and online order yesterday, received the wrong order called to let them know they said oh well that’s what you ordered, try to explain to them that it was not correct and they would not let me talk, they put the manager on the phone and when I tried to explain my order was wrong and try to explain the manager if the store hung up on me, I called back to explainand once again they hung up on me.. I arrived at the store to speak with the manager and staff members and they would not let me speak kicked me out the store called the cops on me and I was even called several names

I can’t stop looking at this ridiculous sandwich that I just received from JImmy John’s. “Oh no they didn’t”- In my best Kalen Allen voice … I will NEVER be back in this sandwich shop. Who would pay for this? Much less: 20.04. ! When I called to express how disappointed I was the staff member simply said, “ well you ordered it like that on the web”. Well, I had no idea that a “slim” did not include lettuce, tomato, condiments, or any anyThing. There was also no option to add it. Anyways this place is NOT for me. Def not Publix, Southwest, Starbucks -style service eitherrrrr. Firehouse, Jersey Mike take the wheel!

Nick was rude on the phone so I decided to just go pick my sub up. As I was there he was still cocky and arrogant. There was even a German cockroach on the counter by the pickup counter!! I was stunned! This place should be shut down!!! Nick needs to lose his job!
