Doesn’t smell good in there anymore or feel clean. Staff doesn’t know menu or pricing. There aren’t prices for bagels or donuts anywhere displayed inside. Way too much money for mediocre food.

I ordered a medium iced coffee with vanilla and they served me an iced coffee with butter pecan. I’m severely allergic and started going into anaphylactic shock. I retuned after I got it under control – and they wanted to remake it? After that- no way was I ever drinking a coffee made from them. The receipt even said vanilla. I got a refund but they didn’t have any remorse. Never coming back.

Every time we go to this Dunkin’’ Donuts it’s always some type of delay some type of issues some type of problem that happens to occur whether we’re the first in line or 10 cars back.

Use to order in the mornings with no issue. Decided to order a hot coffee one evening and was asked multiple times if I wanted that said coffee hot while laughing. I asked does this item not come hot? And they just said sure sure while laughing with someone else. I pull around and they’re still talking and laughing while taking my payment and laughing even harder as they handed me my drink. No “thank you, have a good day”. Literally poured it out soon as I drove off. Hadn’t ordered there since as I’ve been going to BLOOM’s Coffee <3 every morning but unfortunately I did not have the extra time today so I swung through here to give it another chance and I get a cup with a dead bug hanging on the lid. Wasted time and money once again but won't happen again. Only BLOOMS and Starbucks from here on out.

Absolutely terrible. No management. Disrespectful teens arguing, we were asked 8 times the flavor of a milkshake and 5 times the flavor of our ice cream. Two items in the order and they couldn’t handle it. The pictures don’t do the filth justice. But it was disgusting, running water, they didn’t wipe counters, they didn’t wash blenders between orders, banana peels were laying on the counter. This place was miserable. I have ordered delivery from here and get the wrong items, it makes sense now. I will never order here again. Awful.

Yesterday I visited Dunkin. The drinks and food I ordered were great! No problems there. I had to go to the bathroom while waiting for my order. Let me just say it was very nasty. Made me worry about cleanliness in the rest of the shop. Over following garbage, water all over the floor, huge odd puddle of (hopefully) soap.

Made my daughters 4th birthday ice cream cake and it was honestly surprisingly good! Especially for a cake that fed 12 people for less than $30! Definitely will be doing this again in the future. Definitely reccomend!

It gets tiring ordering from these dunkin’ donuts. Nobody can consistently make a drink correctly so you constantly have to gamble whether or not you’re going to get something that you can even drink. Welcome to America. You pay good money for crap
